Working with Dr. Elizabeth Hersey to get my tooth implants done at Albany Dental was an absolute joy. I know it sounds strange to say that getting dental implants done was a joy but they make it such a great experience that you almost forget your getting dental work done haha.... Can't say enough god things about the service and the price over at Albany Dental...

I gave 1 star because there is no option to give zero stars. This establishment is NOT a legitimate dentist office. In the year that I was a patient, any time I entered that office there was an entirely new set of staff members. Besides the receptionists, there were new techs and doctors every single time. Appointments were cancelled more often than not due to “no doctor in the office”. Most recently, I was told I needed a root canal and to schedule it immediately. I decided to seek a second opinion and was told there was absolutely no need for a root canal. At my final cleaning, the doctor never came in to complete an exam, yet it was billed to insurance as a cleaning AND exam. That’s called insurance fraud. Please do yourself a favor and find a different dental office!

I wrote a review months ago. Dr. Lee is not only rude, but she does poor work. She made a partial that was pathetic. It had a gap in the front and I refused to take it, she refused to correct the situation. I notice they keep taking down unfavorable reviews. Don't come here if you want the job done right.

Today was my first visit to Albany Dental and couldn’t be happier. Charles was my hygienist and he was amazing. I would definitely recommend this office! Thank you for making us feel welcome. 😊

I have Hereditary periodontal disease, & I smoke. I stopped going to the dentist about 6 years ago because the hygienist, even though she gave me novacane, was brutal. The pain was excruciating. I couldn't take it anymore.
I was petrified to go anywhere else and I lost several teeth. If I had found Albany dental 6 years ago, I would still have all my teeth. The Hygienist, I think his name is Charles, I'm not sure, Didn't give me any novacane, cleaned my teeth thoroughly, remember haven't had it done in 6 years, and honest to God, No Pain whatsoever!🌝
Dr. Marina & her assistant, Connie are absolutely wonderful! They are so kind and gentle and truly care about you and your smile.
My appointment was for 9:30 a.m. they did exam and x-rays. Dr Marina asked me if I wanted to get my partial plate today, ( I was surprised. Thought it would take several visits) I went back at 3:15pm, had 5 teeth pulled, ( again, No Pain! Can't believe it.) Left at 4:15 with a smile that looks like my original smile! My friends couldn't believe it and they're amazed at how real these teeth look!
I didn't have the pleasure of meeting that technician that makes the teeth but he deserves kudos as well! And last but not least the young women at the front desk are so friendly and cheerful and kind this is the only place I'll ever go to.
Thank you sooo much!🥰

I had a terrible experience here. The staff was professional and courteous, but the dentist was horrible. I made an appointment due to a filling that fell out. I have no pain or other symptoms. Dr. Lee did not know why I was there, but saw my x-ray and told me within 30 seconds that I need a root canal. She also did not look in my mouth, which is at least the minimal care a patient should expect at a dental office. If she had looked, she would have determined that I used a temporary filling from CVS until I could be evaluated. Instead, she told me that the x-ray had "calcifications". If she had looked, she could possibly offered a sturdier temporary filling until I could get evaluated by an endodontist. I am not trying to be dramatic, but I am a physician and recognize lousy care when I see it.

New patient here. Impressed on cleanliness, daughter also feels comfortable there. Also impressed on the staff and how well they transition.
