I've never stayed at one dentist long. I also didn't care to go to the dentist as I've been ran around quite a bit. Once I found this dentist a few years ago I knew the first visit I've hit gold. Best dentist in wny. He isn't in my insurance network but is worth paying some out of pocket.

Dr Marrone and his staff are such a great group of people. I have had several visits and have been treated so nicely. They are very professional and courteous. The other day after having a very difficult upper molar filled, I came home and SMILED, as you could no longer see the old ugly filling from before. It just made me happy. He even called to see how I was doing the next day.. This dentist and his whole staff just ' ROCK".

We were patients of Dr. Marrone when he practiced in East Aurora for a number of years then drifted away for awhile. Now we are back in his “fold” and drive from Orchard Park to Niagara Falls for his expertise… that says it all. The technicians and office staff are very much like Dr.Marrone— professional, friendly and extremely confident. Nobody likes going to the dentist and everyone makes the experience as “painless” as possible.

In a world on edge, it’s almost shocking how comfortable this place is. No one loves the dentist, but I never dread Marrone. The staff is pleasant and welcoming, and Dr Marrone is amazing - gentle and very open about what he’s doing and why. Can’t say enough nice things.

Finding a good doctor is a blessing am I am happy to call him mine and would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. Mae and the rest of the staff are very friendly and work around my schedule for appointments. She also gives me a 'heads up' on what my out of pocket costs could be after insurance submissions which helps me with my budget (no surprises) She familiar with most Dental insurances. Dr Marrone is very methodical and complete, he laid out his concerns and the order of procedures to be done along with alternatives. He has a good 'bed/chair side manner' and most important NO PAIN which means NO FEAR. This dentist isn't good..He's GREAT!!
