Enlightened Dentistry

The office is great and most of the staff. One of the ladies that answers the phone seems as if you are an inconvenience to whatever she is doing. I had to call about billing and received a sigh that she had to resend the paperwork to the insurance company.

Always a great experience at Enlightened with Dr. Ray and his staff. Everyone there is helpful, pleasant, and interested in your dental health. Highly recommend Enlightened Dentistry.

I used to go here with my children many years ago. We actually really liked it here, and my experiences were really good... Until one visit when they told me my daughter had several cavities. I grew suspicious and took her to another dentist...found out she didn't have any cavities at all! After all these years, she's never had a cavity. Beware if things are fine and one day you have multiple cavities

Edit to reply: this wasn't how it was presented. She had x-rays, and then we were told of these cavities... Not "possible cavities". We were told she needed a number of fillings. She was already properly brushing her teeth.
People need to be aware that a sudden jump in cavities is not acceptable if proper care is being practiced and to get a second opinion.

Very happy with them. I even find them priced very reasonably too. I've used them for a number of years.

If you're poor and still don't qualify for insurance they might be an option. They're strictly cash up front and don't seem to cater to the impoverished. Excellent in office care. And after the the extraction I only endured a brief period of excruciating pain. They're a bit pricey. It cost me $255 for a single visit and a single extraction. Still happy though because they have an awesome dentist there. Thanks.

The staff was accommodating, friendly and gentle. My hygienist told me everything she was doing and why. I really appreciated hearing her observations and what they meant for my teeth. Dr. Casipit was very personable and thorough. This was my first visit, but I felt as though I had been a patient for years.

I was a brand new, unestablished patient who needed an emergent appointment for an abscess. The staff from the receptionists to the lovely Hygienist to the Dentist himself was kind, professional, reassuring and extremely fair with pricing and work needing to be done! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have gone to this Dentist's office since I was a child and have always had pleasant experiences here. A few years ago I had several cavities that needed filling. The Dentist was very thorough in filling my teeth. He was not at all heavy handed and communicated with me very well as to what he was doing while he was working on my teeth. He even gave me great after care suggestions that I still use years later for maintaining good oral care. It’s rather refreshing to know that I have gone to the same Dentist’s office for many years and can count on good service each and every time I go.

I had a cleaning and x-rays. Jill was excellent. She complimented me on my "home care" for my teeth. Of course, it helped that I do take care of my teeth. The Dentist said I should be able to keep my natural teeth for life. I'm 60. So far, so good.
