Dr. Lo is an excellent dentist. He is attentive to details and thorough. He spent a great quality of time taking baseline assessment of my teeth, and explaining the health of my teeth. The cleaning was probably one of the best I have received! I am so grateful to have found Dr. Lo.
Additionally, the practice is very clean. The front receptionist is warm and friendly. The wait time was very reasonable. Highly recommend !

They were my dentist when I lived in Bayside and I really like them. They're very thorough, friendly and the office is always clean. However when I moved to Long Island and as much as I really like them, I thought it wasn't worth the 25-30 minute travel time. I found a dentist under a mile from my home and after about a year I realized United Family Dentist was well worth the drive from Long Island. I've been making that drive for a number of years now and have no intention of stopping, that should say a lot. I highly recommend them.

United Family Dentist has to be by far the best dentist office i have been to. I had visited three times within this post. I was nervous at first because I was a new patient but after my first visit I knew I was in great hands. The front desk personal are very friendly and the waiting area is great. I have to say the wait time are very fast because the moment you enter within 10 mins you’re in for your appointment. The Dentist I have was Dr.Teng and she was great taking care of my teeth.All my visit have been great and I never been happier with my smile.

Every experience I’ve ever had here has been overwhelmingly positive. Dr. Lo is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time with his consultations. I’ve had multiple fillings and cleanings with him and he has never been anything less a than thorough and professional. Additionally, the front desk staff is impeccable. They are extremely communicative and very friendly. It’s clear that everyone in this office works as a team. I’m glad to consider myself a regular patient there. My teeth are in good care here.
