Everyone was very efficient and seemed to know what they were doing, They were friendly and helpful. I was very pleased. I have a few more visits and I'm not dreading future visits. My quote seemed fair.

I've been going to this office for about 3.5 years now, since shortly after I moved to town and had a crown fall off (crown was 5 years old and I was eating a chewy caramel- my fault!). Not having a dentist in town yet I called Aspen thinking "Oh, it's a chain, there's got to be a base quality, nbd if all I ever have done here is fixing this" they fit me in the very next morning (I called as they were closing) for a full New Patient exam w/xrays and recementing my crown- great experience so I decided to stick with them.

Fast forward 3 years, a couple fillings, and a new location (the new offices are great, btw)- I go in for an issue (abscessed tooth that ended up needing extraction), pass my usual hygienist (Morgan) in the hall, she says hi, asks how I'm doing, and asks about something we'd talked about MONTHS ago during my last cleaning (a change at my job). See Dr. Washington- it goes similarly. The people of this office are great and really do try to know their patients. I see a lot of complaints about long waits and running behind (kinda fair, I almost rescheduled a cleaning because I'd been waiting so long one time) but that can happen anywhere- as long as I live in Oswego, barring any major changes, I'll still go here.

Every one was fantastic, I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I would no longer recommend Aspen Dental, ended up having to have Sinus surgery due to having a tooth pulled that opened up the sinus cavity and when the area was rinsed out it pushed bacteria up into the sinuses and caused a severe sinus infection. Three rounds of antibiotics did not touch the infection, was referred to an ENT and then surgery. And was then charged more than what I was originally told it would cost.

Went in to Aspen in Oswego with a very painful broken tooth. I went through x-rays and consultation, didn't expect any relief towards the end of the visit, but they fit me in for an extracion. The dentist was excellent, tooth came out without issue. It was great to get same day relief. I will be going back.

TL;DR: Aspen Dental has fraudulent/unethical/deceptive business practices and sales tactics. Avoid if possible and consider independent dental practices.

It pains me to have to write this review because the staff are so friendly and helpful, but behind that veneer is a lurking and sinister problem and I'm seriously concerned. I'm a fairly well-educated and assertive woman and this company deceived me and coerced me into unnecessary procedures and expenses. They claimed I had periodontitis. I'd heard before that they're notorious for over-diagnosing this, but I wanted to give the professionals a benefit of the doubt. After all, I was bleeding from the gums so much and their poking and prodding hurt! That can't be normal, right? For those of you who don't know, periodontitis is a disease that once you have it, it never goes away. Imagine my surprise when I decided after having the sneaking suspicion that Aspen Dental was being dishonest, going to an independent dental practice and discovering I had no sign of the disease! Huh! Curious! So what's with all of the bleeding? They wouldn't purposefully force my gums to bleed just to fabricate evidence for a disease I didn't have, would they? And come to think of it, the treatment Aspen Dental pushed on me ended up being expensive and not covered by my dental insurance so... what's going on here? I have a strong suspicion that Aspen Dental's corporate practices encourages misdiagnosis, even faking evidence of a diagnosis, in order to deceive the consumer into unnecessary procedures. I also believe that Aspen Dental's corporate practices forces this otherwise friendly and pleasant staff to use under-handed sales tactics to pad your bill. This is disturbing, to say the least. They could have put my health in jeopardy by purposefully injuring my mouth for a pay day. I hope I'm wrong about this, but my new experience with a different dental practice indicates that Aspen Dental's practices are at least unethical if not outright fraudulent. I'm having my current dentist obtain my records from them and if I find evidence that they committed fraud, I'm calling the Attorney General. Oswego has a high population of low-income and uneducated residents who could easily be deceived or even put in danger due to their business practices. Please consider going to an independent dental practice. Aspen Dental is AT THE VERY LEAST not a client-centered/patient-centered company and being in the healthcare field myself, I find that abhorrent. This isn't just my experience, but my husband's and several of my friends'.

I was there for my cleaning. The dental hygienist is great, she puts you at ease and does a wonderful job from start to finish. Thats a big compliment from me, since I am generally uncomfortable with any dental procedure.

Aspen Dental is great. They are very thorough. It's a little expensive, but, what dentist isn't? They answered all of my questions with expertise.

I loved this place. Other than being the nicest staff, they explained everything to me in a way that I understand. During the billing process, she worked with me so now I can have the work done that I need. Beck a place that can put up with me gets an A+ in my book

They are very friendly and nice. The place is clean and welcoming. In the beginning they explained everything but the last few times I went they didn't explain how the next steps were going to go. I had to ask and they explained it like I already knew how it's all done. Plus I showed them a picture of how my teeth were before a got my top denture years ago and they didn't even come close. They look like the standard denture. I've asked if they can redo them and they said no. So I'm stuck with them I guess. Let's hope the final bottom ones are done okay so I can talk right again without my "s" sounding strange.

The offices offer no accommodations for the handicap. Though they say they have internet. They don't. The solution they provided for my dental issues is difficult for me to implement.
They appear more interested in making money then findings solutions.
