Office runs on schedule as I am always seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. The hygienist and doctor are both kind and take their time explaining everything to you.

January 2013 - I had a cleaning appt. and the girl was very nice and talked to me about my teelth. She was very nice and easy to talk too. Also there was this lady her name was Amanda and she told me that a root canal wasnt to bad. This was my first root canal and I was alittle upset about getting a root canal. Amanda said she would come and sit with me if I wanted her to. I didnt need her, everything went good. Thanks Amanda. The dentist was very nice also.

I had a tooth that was broken and had the root exposed and was so painful I was literally sick to my stomach. The dentist (black female) told me I had to wait a week to have my tooth pulled because she was going to a wedding. Who does that??! I went to the Clay office and was fit right in the next day and had my tooth pulled.

The wait was ridiculous. I had an appointment at 2 and I didn't get seen till 230. I even came 20 minutes early. Then I've had to wait another hour to just get out of the building. I tend to have a lot of patience but I've never had to wait this long to get a check up.

I think they are in it just to make a profit and not take care of what the patient really needs they wouldn't put a filling in my front tooth that had just fell out they recommended that they do root canals instead of just putting the filling back

Chain dental service. They're notorious for taking advantage of patients who have insurance. They get you in with the free x-rays then tell you it's required to have gum treatment you don't need and multiple extraneous procedures! Save your money from these scammers!

After being told that Aspen accepted Medicare Dental and driving for an hour for a first appointment we were then told that that coverage not accepted!
