This Dentist Office is the definition of a highly efficient and effective team. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by Nicole, the friendliest secretary I’ve ever met who promptly returns calls and has never made a billing error for any of my family’s visits (something I’ve encountered quite often at other offices). Though you won’t be waiting very long, the office has beautiful views of Lake Ontario to enjoy. Each dental hygienist is polite and upbeat. They even made a balloon animal for my daughter on one occasion. Dr. Nilen speaks in layman’s terms so you are able to understand every aspect to the appointment. Another added bonus is their whitening treatment is the most affordable in the area. My family is grateful to have such a wonderful team caring for our dental hygiene.

There’s no waiting, the office staff is efficient and friendly. Renee is great. She makes you feel so comfortable while she’s cleaning your teeth. Dr Nylan is professional and also timely.

Always afraid of the dentist so starting up with a new dentist was a challenge. They took the time to explain everything to me as they were doing each step. They took before and after pictures to show me what the problems were and how much better the teeth looked after they were done. Very very satisfied and will not be afraid to come back here for my next cleaning.

I am very impressed with the Oswego Family Dentist. From my first visit a couple of months, until my most recent appointment. Everyone working there has been professional and has never left me hanging on what is next. From my first exam until my most current procedure, The Dentist explain in detail what would need to be done and how long it would take. I was even told how long each appointment would take and what the procedure consisted of. The front office is very curiosity and willing to work with you in setting and/or changing appointments.

I would recommend this office and Dr Nylen 100%. They took me in as a new patient and on the same day after I broke a tooth. They were very nice. Am returning for other work in 2 weeks. Like I said, highly recommend them.
