Everyone is so nice from the second I walk in to the office. Brittany (the hygienist) makes me feel cared for to such an extent that it feels like an "emotional hug" :). Dr. Graves is just fantastic. I love that she will answer all my questions and talk me through procedures and show me what's what in a hand held mirror (I am a very curious patient...lol). I love, love, love that there is laughter filling the office. Champlain Smiles does everything they can possibly do to decrease any "dentist anxiety" I may have. Dr Graves and her staff were lovely. I took my 3-year-old in for her first visit, and everyone was so friendly and patient to try to make her feel comfortable. In the end she was too upset for it, but they were totally understanding. Dr Graves took lots of time to chat with my husband and me at our first appointments and get to know us, and then gave us very detailed and personalized evaluations, with no upselling of extra treatments. My husband tends to be a bit nervous about cleanings, but he said his hygienist gave him one of the most gentle-but-thorough cleanings he's ever had. A great experience overall.
