Extremely rude staff. Took months to get a cleaning scheduled and then they canceled. You were not abused you just simply tried to bully me into a reschedule that didn't work and then hung up when I didn't agree to your way or the highway mentality.

Had a crown put on just over a month ago. It took 3 tries. Was swollen on that side for over a week. Now the inside porcelain has broken off. The fix was to file the rough spot down! I declined but still have a hefty bill for a crown that is broken. Not happy! Been going to that office over 20 yrs, have never had a bad experience until now.
