I helped a friend with her teeth after she went to Dr. Gupta for a routine cleanng in late 2019 that resulted in two crowns and a root canal.
Dr. Gupta never took imaging of the crowns after she placed them and failed to properly clean and build up the tooth structure on the molar crown she placed. Because of that, it now needs to be replaced. She also compromised the structure of the other crown she placed which caused it to develop a crack, so it now needs to be replaced as well. Crowns typically last 5 years with good crowns lasting 10+. She also never recommended proper preventative care.
Based on the X-Rays Dr.Gupta's office sent, I personally believe all the procedures Dr. Gupta recommended were overtreatment and would not go to her. I would recommend Zendentistry in Garden City or Smilist in Rockville Center.

I think Dr. Gupta is an excellent dentist she is very informative and tells you everything about the process and makes you feel very much at ease. I believe she takes most insurances and definitely work for my wife and myself. I would recommend anybody who is unhappy with the president Dentist or just looking for a dentist to use Dr. Gupta.

I've been going to Dr. Gupta for over 5 years. I've always had a problem with my teeth before that. So many dentist before her did painful root canals and those teeth still got infected. I lost many teeth before Dr. Gupta. Under her care I haven't had any more problems. She even has given me new, innovative ways to replace my missing teeth which are painless and look great. She is highly skilled, educated and very nice. I love her staff as well. The new office is absolutely gorgeous and I love the massage chair. I feel like I'm in spa. Highly recommend this dentist.

Dr Gupta is a wonderful dentist, I’ve seen her twice already. Not only is she beautiful on the outside but inside she is warm, kind and caring. Her staff are also just as wonderful they are kind and caring and work with you. The office was decorated for Halloween and that was a plus very festive very inviting and bright all the time I highly recommend her

Great Dentist but lousy staff. They messed up appointment twice for me and they dared to put the blame on me. They changed the appointment without informing me. When I showed up they denied the original appointment schedule and gave me bad attitude. If Dr Gupta changes the whole staff, then she can be my dentist again.

Dr Gupta is nothing but a consummate professional who really cares for her patients teeth. This was my first visit with her and it went extremely well. In my past experience, it was very rare for the dentist to perform the actual cleaning, it is usually the assistants who do that. Dr. Gupta performed everything from start to finish with an exception of the xrays. She identified the potential areas of concern in my mouth, how to currently treat them, and what the potential future effects would be if not treated today. However, the best part about her was she made the deep cleaning as painless as possible. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is in need of a dentist.

One of the worst dentist and place I have ever been only once and never again dishonesty and thief this clinic people are only care how to steal your money even though insurance paid 100% and in my case I had two insurance paid 100% no copay but still rob me out of my pocket charges which are later I discovered was false don't go to this place doctor herself is money hungry thief not a professional doctor it's been two years I visit this place and I still can't forget these people what I been through with them I still get angry and my blood boils that they rob me and made me fool myself I wish this place gets shutdown forever my wife suffered for months because their horrible root canal services
