I have been going to Dr.Normatov for 4 years. Excellent dentistry experience in terms of care and transparency, however, her front office which handles appointments and insurance claim are very unprofessional. I have scheduled numerous appointments with the hygienist with no success when I arrive at 3:30 for my appointment the receptionist informs me the hygienist left for the day. When I ask her why wouldn’t someone from the office call or inform me via the text system that the hygienist would be leaving I received a nonchalant answer “oh you didn’t confirm again”! I drove from an hour away and waited around In the Queens area for over 2 hours to avoid missing my appointment. This isn’t my first time with unsatisfying service in terms of dealing with the front office. Canceling appointments without follow up and winding to have arrived without seeing the dentist. Failure to submit insurance claims properly, resulting in having to do pay out of pocket for services and just an overall unprofessional attitude. Dr.Normatov and her dental assistant are very good, however, her practice will suffer from this subpar front office. I will be in search of a new dentistry.

This place has to be one of the MUST awful places I’ve visited. Don’t wast your time in going here. Everyone’s attitude is DISGUSTING!! starting from the girl who’s in the front, to the so call “DR” and all her staff. This place deserves a below zero !!!! I went to another Dentist. And he laughed when I told him the doctor said I needed - a crown / 2 root canals !!!! This doctor needs to get herself together !!!
BUT you’ll loose patients this way! I came once’s and never going here again.
Just do yourself a favor and avoid this Place! :)

First of all the front desk assistant has a nasty attitude towards patients and why the hell will you schedule a new patient if the visit won’t be covered ... took a hour drive and paid meter for nothing... why ask for the insurance before the visit if you want to charge the patients cash. This office needs NEW STAFF ASAP if not you guys will lose patients quick and best believe without the patients you guys wouldn’t be called a DENTAL CARE. Horrible staff including the lady with glasses that is suppose to be the Dr. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

My wife, an I needed a clean up, plus I needed a 2 teeth flipper ASAP. My friend recommended us to dr. Normatov, and she with her staff were very professionals.The environment is pleasant..I got my flipper in a very short period of time, and I’m happy because I can smile again.. Thank you dr. I cannot explain how Dr.Norman changed my life. I always had straight teeth, but there were some gaps, which as a woman made me feel uncomfortable and I didnt want to get braces because the orthodontist told me that I would have to wear a retainer for the rest of my life or the gaps would come back. I came in for a consultation, she immediately told me that I needed to get bonding. She did an incredible job in just a few visits she finished my entire mouth. For a girl just finishing highschool this meant the world. I could finally smile without feeling unencumbered by the state of my teeth.
SHE CHANGED MY LIFE. I was finally able to smile and not feel gross about myself. If you need dentist, soft touch dental care is the place to go! Their staff is incredible, attentive, caring, and always help when necessary. These past 3 years the bonding she did on my teeth has stayed in place, never bothering me and im extremely satisfied.
I cannot rave enough about this place!!!! Drop everything and go there now!!!!!!

Worst dental office ever. Please be sure to call your insurance and get full details on what your plan consists of BEFORE going to this office. This office charges patients and cons them into thinking their insurance is not paying! Dr Normatov then seeks payment from the patients. When the patients eventually finds out their insurance covered the services they already paid for out of their own pocket... Dr Normatov continues to misguide the patients into thinking it's the insurances fault. I definitely do not recommend.
Also, Dr. Normatov asks her workers and patients for good reviews on google, yelp and Zoc Doc... A great professional does not need to ask for positive reviews in my opinion.
