I was referred to Dr. Lyons after having the unfortunate luck to need a root canal during a worldwide epidemic. Emergency or not, the fact that he and his assistant are still doing procedures during this whole thing really is going above and beyond for their patients and I hope they know how appreciated it is.
Their entire office, including the bathroom, was spotlessly clean and they even had all their pens individually wrapped with clorox wipes - Nice touch!
Dr. Lyons was polite and very thorough and did most of the root canal under a microscope; he went out of his way keep checking to make sure the anesthesia was working fully. My horrible tooth pain is completely gone and it was barely even sore the next day.
My sole complaint is that his office doesn't offer nitrous oxide for procedures. It wasn't painful, but especially for patients who are nervous I think nitrous is a good medium ground between local anesthesia and sedation.

Dr Lyons is a gem, a true artist, no pain, none, and he explained everything as he did two teeth at the same appointment. So well done, it was not what I was expecting/dreading. After having root canal done 2 times on the same tooth, (at Precision Periodontitis-Clifton Park) just pure luck got me to this office. My experience was nothing but wonderful. The whole office had positive vibe to it..Dr. was able to pin pint to one untouched canal. He fixed it right away. He was so nice and caring i almost wanted to cry..Numbing process i did not fell at all. Staff was excellent. Office was under Covid 19 regulations, even pens were sterile..i don't have enough words to express my thanks to those people..i can just that life brings then all the best, they really deserve it..Thanks from the bottom of my heart..
