My family and I have been going to this practice for years. Dr. Park is absolutely amazing with my kids. She explains all procedures thoroughly so there are no surprises. My kids never give me a hard time about going to get their teeth cleaned, as they are not afraid of the dentist. I strongly believe this is because of how well they have been treated by the entire office staff and because they love when Dr. Park makes them balloon animals.
The office was recently renovated to include several rooms with tvs. The place is immaculately clean with multiple air purifiers to assist with concerns during the ongoing pandemic. You must call upon arrival and wait in your car until they can get you in. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen.
Appointments are usually booked out several months in advance but if there is an issue, I am sure they would get you in. We have no issues with scheduling appointments.

Amazing staff! I was in safe hands with Dr. Park, who put me at ease during my dental work ☺️ If you’re nervous about any dental work, this is the place to go. They have a beautifully renovated and clean office. Dr. Park even played my favorite music during my procedure to help me relax! Going there is a very professional and pleasant experience. It’s easily the nicest dentist I’ve ever been to!

Dr. Park and her staff are AMAZING. I have always had terrible anxiety going to the dentist and this was my second visit and I will not be anxious about my next appointment. I have had a cleaning and two fillings. Both were quick painless and thorough. Highly recommend!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Park for regular cleanings for a couple years now and she has always been a pleasure to see. Recently I chipped my tooth and she was able to see me the same day and fix it! The end results were great and it doesn't even looked like it was ever chipped. Dr. Park and the rest of the staff are great to work with and they are always so kind and welcoming!

They are so tricky. They told me that they take my insurance, and when I got there with my three kids, they achieved their purpose by start cleaning my kids teeth and came back to me later and told me that they don't take my insurance that I have to pay out from my pocket and send the bill to insurance company. They caused me a lot of financial pain at the middle of pandemic. Very bad of them. If not because of God I would have reported them to the board. I will never go there or refer anybody there so they don't cause them pain the kind of pain they caused me. Hope you will change your bad tricky ways

This dental practice is great!! Dr Park and her staff made me feel comfortable throughout my appointments. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist, but this office went above and beyond to calm my nerves down. Muriel at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful explaining the procedures. I believe she also is a dental assistant. Sharon did a great job with cleaning my teeth and showing me areas where I need to watch. Dr Park was very sweet and also very knowledgeable. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a caring dental team!!

Guilderland Family Dentistry is an excellent place to go for your dental care needs! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating with scheduling and insurance. The hygentists are friendly and really take the time to address your needs. Dr. Park is a true skilled professional and I always feel that I recieve her undivided attention. Any work I have had done I have been more than satisfied with. My husband and I would not go anywhere else!

Dr. Park, Lisa, Muriel and her entire staff have been so patient with me and worked with me every step of the way with my anxiety and insurance/financials.
