Dr.Shapiro was great and I loved his bedside manner and I was ultimately happy with the teeth whitening services he provided. However his reception staff, most particularly Emily was very rude! I came to pick up my take home kit a couple days after my Zoom whitening procedure and Emily was extremely nasty for no reason. She asked that I wear a mask which I immediately complied, however she still maintained a hostile attitude with me and others who were on the phone with her thereafter. The experience I had with Emily was a complete turn off and unwarranted. I hope Dr. Shapiro can provide Emily with some coaching tools on customer service.

Exam was very thorough. Dr Shapiro has wonderful bedside manor and makes you feel comfortable from your first moment. Everyone I encountered from front desk personnel, to the dental assistants, were pleasant and wonderful to deal with. Pricing very reasonable for cosmetic procedures. Very happy I choose to go to this Practice!

I am just finishing up on having Invisalign done on my teeth. I kept putting it off. But after I saw myself and my mouth on a Zoom call, I knew it was finally time to act. I am so glad I finally jumped in with two feet to have this done. I am so pleased with the outcome. The process took just a short period of time and the results are amazing. I dread the pain that a dentist can inflict. I had many various dentists in the past. Dr. Shapiro of the center of cosmetic dentistry, is hellbent on making sure I am comfortable for procedures, that otherwise would be uncomfortable. He thrives on perfection of my smile. I originally went to him to get veneers, later realized he is also a family dentist. He believes in preserving the integrity my natural teeth and made my smile beautiful with invisaligners. I still have some work to do, but couldn't be more happy with the center of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Shapiro and his team are wonderful and the equipment they use is up to date. I trust them, and that says a lot!

Spoke to receptionist Emily and more than on one occasion she was extremely rude and snippy and condecending Dr. shapiro had great reviews and she made the experience uncomfortable and made it impossible to continue as a patent there. Dr shapiro should have more control on his staff. There are other bad reviews about Emily on these post. Too bad Dr shapiro doesnt take his practice more serious.
