I'am so grateful to Dr.Shapiro for a fantastic job he did!!!! His staff took me in last minute thank you! I had a chipped tooth and he fixed it for me right away I didn't have to wait. I want to start this review by saying that if there was 10 stars, I’d put 10. The facility is very accessible and impeccably clean. As soon as you walk in, you are met with a friendly and professional staff. Both young ladies I spoke with were not only on top of their game but very personable, I felt comfortable immediately. I came in for a consultation regarding implants (I need to stress I’ve been shopping around for a little over a year) and when I sat down with Dr. Shapiro my anxiety went away. He was not only thorough with my options but then we spoke about his goal of making sure his patient/Dr relationships were happy with the end result.This was the first cosmetic dentist I’ve seen that didn’t just throw numbers at me and made me feel like I just a walking dollar sign. His sincerity and candor were my deciding factor. I appreciated his transparency as well when it came down to coat of treatment. His assistant was very helpful and quick when taking my X-rays. After my exam - he recommended an oral surgeon but not because he couldn’t do the work but he thought it would be best if I saw a surgeon. I cant tell you how reassuring that was. Again I was not made to feel like a dollar sign. After everything was said and done - I set up a cleaning and other work I needed done no questions asked b/c of how relaxed I felt. They fit me in for a cleaning the very next day. Went to my cleaning with Glendy and OMG! She was AMAZNG! the most gentle hands and gave me amazing pointers for sprucing up my oral hygiene routine. I can’t express how great and welcoming I felt there. I’m all about the vibes and this everything about Dr. Shapiro an his staff checks all the boxes. I’m so thrilled I found a dentist I can bring my children to!

He is extremely knowledgable and personable. I never was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact him or his staff, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries. The office is inviting and his beautiful staff members are friendly and helpful in every way.

I have been traumatized by dentists from a very young age which has cost me years of devastation, embarrassment and unhappiness. It has prevented me from living life to the fullest. When I decided to reach out to Dr. Shapiro regarding my mess of a mouth I was extremely hesitant but decided to go for it.. To my surprise I received a email from him that same night. His message spoke volume about who he was as a professional and as a person. He was honest, kind, compassionate and I could tell he wanted to help. His office called me the very next day and I set up a consultation.From that day on there has been nothing but progress and not just with my teeth but also with my mental state and putting my fears at ease. The Staff, Office and Facility at the Center for Cosmetic Dentistry has a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment for patients.
