Terribly unprofessional!!!!!!
1) had an appointment get canceled after 3 months bc “the office wants to have off the day after Christmas”
2) had an appointment get canceled after 3 months bc “the office wants to have off the day after New years” (separate calls)
3) had to play phone tag for over 4 months to get the insurance person to contact insurance about a procedure.
4) after it got approved I finally get an appointment for a week from the call… 3 days before they see if I can come in early due to cancellation, I couldn’t bc of work. I go in today and they’re telling me I’m not scheduled and I should’ve come in when they called me.
Not only is this super frustrating and inconvenient, I’m in more pain now then I was before I started going to the dentist again.

Went in to have a tooth filled. But x-ray found it was not necessary. Good news to me! Staff very pleasant all the time. Small office, but very efficient.

LOW quality. I booked an appointment weeks in advance and was waiting over an hour to see someone. They never communicated that they were running behind or came out to tell me how long the wait would be, and did not even apologize for wasting my time off of work. Plus, if you walk in to fill out paperwork and they give you a pen taped to a plastic knife instead of a $5 clipboard, do you really entrust them to use medical tools inside your mouth? They would have been comfortable leaving me out there for hours with no explanation. Simply unacceptable service. Look elsewhere, trust me.

Since is a very wonderful office. My family and I which includes four children have been a patient of the office for at least ten years. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Dr. Gideon is an amazing dentist. I have had many bad experiences over the years and when I met Dr. Gideon he made me feeling comfortable. My kids absolutely love him. He is a very gently and patient dentist!

We had an excellent experience at Quality Family Dental. My 4 year old was treated with patience, encouragement, and great stories by every staff member. The office was clean, bright, and decorated in a way that have my child lots to look at. He was so excited to meet the staff and get his teeth cleaned and checked on. I would definitely recommend this dental office as we are treated great and with respect

Dr.G and the Dental Assistant are a great team. Got my 2 front teeth fixed today after a long time of hiding my mouth when "smiling". Finally I'm taking care of my dental health and it is great to have such hardworking team behind it, Thanks again!!

Im going to start with we pulled in and it being in the city and everything I said “ugh.. this is so ghetto.” It was my daughter’s 1st dentist appointment so being mom I was SUPER worried! They were so wonderful! I’m so HAPPY went there seriously I was able to sit with my daughter in the chair the whole time, then dental hygienist was awesome she went threw EVERY tool and showed it and had her feel it on her hand how it was going to feel. After that the dentist came in and she was able to sit on my lap well he cleaned her teeth any everything. I’m not sure how they are with adults but I would think the same way great. They were SO AMAZING I’m so happy and great full that I found this office. Thank you so much I would definitely recommend this place!!

Ive been a patient for about 4 years now I tolerate the horrible receptionist due to the fact Dr.Austin goes above and beyond and he is an Amazing dentist. Some of the dental assistance are wonderfully awesome as well. They moved into a bigger location that seems a lot bigger then the last so more room for everyone and seems to be faster in and out

Wonderful staff. Very professional yet down to earth. They took me right away. Both Dr. Gideon and his Hygienist explained my procedure for today.
