Everybody was very nice and informative. Also, with 1Dental Careington, a discount plan that only costs $100 a year, it was surprisingly cheap. I got six cavities fixed for a total of $500 including insurance. However, I am bitterly disappointed at the quality of work I had done. On one of my rear cavities they drilled too deep and now the filling is sitting on top of my nerve. The nerve didn't like that and is now infected and I have to go in for a root canal on a tooth that they just treated. Similarly, I thought I may need a root canal on a different tooth, but the Dr. told me it looked fine. When I went to a different dentist, they assured me that he was wrong and that I now need two root canals...

I initially had a few poor experiences with this dental office, however they hired all new administrative staff and now this office is running much more smoothly. The staff is great and Dr. Ochiabuto is very gentle and caring.

I am so impressed with this dental office, everyone is so professional, informed and patient. I have always been afraid of the dentist and I wouldn't go for many years. I tried so many dental offices. At Dr. Gideon Ochiabuto's office, I was treated with such kindness. I felt at ease, once I met him and his team. I highly recommend Dr. Gideon Ochiabuto! He explains, in detail, everything that he will be doing to you. He treated me with respect and answered all my questions. His office is clean. Everyone greets you with a smile. I look forward to my next appointment.

would unfortunately have to agree with other reviewers that this office, while friendly, is in sore need of professional help. was seen 30 minutes l, despite being first appointment after their lunch closing time. technician took 4+ attempts for one side of bite wing xrays as machine was malfunctioning/ user error. then saw the dentist, who reviewed the xrays and proceeded to share with me how bad my dentition was and making plans to address my numerous cavities. as this was incongruent with any prior dentist, I asked more questions. learned he was reviewing the wrong xrays and had not confirmed patient identifiers. I understand mistakes can happen, but he did not ONCE offer an apology rather, “this makes more sense”. Then, as a prior reviewer stated, he did NO cleaning work beyond polish. No instrumentation or tartar removal. Complete waste of time, frightfully unprepared as a dental office, and will not be going back

First time here at this dental office for myself and both my kids for a cleaning. Our appointment was at 10:30am. We didn’t get seen until close to noon when they took my oldest daughter in. A dentist/dental hygienist came out the room complaining she’s obligated for a lunch and she won’t be taking her co-worker’s 2 patients (myself & my daughter). She made herself HEARD. LOUD & CLEAR, cussing and all that. In front of my kids at that. Very unprofessional. I left afterwards and I will be finding a new family dentist for myself and my kids.

We arrived 20 minutes early. After sitting for 30 minutes had to ask when we would be seen. After being called we sat in the back my kid was given numbing medication. However after waiting an hour when asked what was going on,told the dentist would was taking longer due to an unexpected issue with a different patient. Decided to reschedule the appointment.

The customer service definitely set them aside from most medical practices in Florida. I relocated here from Central NY and was having difficulty finding a Dentist. A-1 customer care, very clean extremely professional and was very compassionate! I will definitely refer to family and friends!

Terrible place. I went for a cleaning in November, and I spoke to the dentist about finishing my root canal. He said he would send in the request to my insurance to finish it. Okay, so it was the beginning of January and I still hadn’t heard from them, so I call them and they said they had to “re-send” the papers to my insurance. Here we are Feb. 4th, I call my insurance and they said they NEVER received a request from the dentist. This place sucks. Pick a new place and save yourself some time.

An appointment for my wife and left multiple voicemails and still no one picks up the phone . What is the deal . Does anyone actually work here . I called over 10 times at all hours of the day and no one answers the phone .
