RUNNN AND DON'T LOOK BACK...Dirty nasty dental office with horrible staff unprofessional, With the most horrible rude front desk people, I took my mom here because her denture broke and she had no teeth to eat with we were told it is going to take 3 weeks for the Insurance to pre approve new dentures, I called after a month asking for an update talk to the very rude front desk lady and was told that they have not heard from the insurance yet and they will call me a soon as they hear something, 3 months later I called again asking what is going on and why we haven't heard from them then I was informed by the same lady that told me it was sent that the pre authorization was never sent to the insurance and that she would do it right now Being very upset a dispoint but my mother had been without dentures for 3 months and was going to be without dentures for another possibly 3 months I told her that this is unacceptable and ridiculous she told me there's nothing I can do for you.... Needless to say my mother left this office to pursue better care

They never call back, and when you try to schedule appointment they told me they had to call and let me know. Six months later the day before my appointment they call to remind me of my appointment!
