I got in contact with this practice to try and become a new client about a year ago. I gave my insurance information and was told I would be called back. When I was not called back for several business days I called again and left a voicemail. I was still never contacted. Because the location is convenient I decided to try one more time to become a client. I got through but was immediately put on hold. After almost 20 minutes of being on hold without anyone checking in to reassure me I wasn't forgotten about I hung up. The other reviews here are great so it's a shame it is so difficult to get a response in order to become a client. I hope any one who tries to become a client here has better luck than I did.

Dr Shallish is very nice and very understanding.Dr Zdep Jr gave me a care plan I didn't agree with.i had gone to his wonderful father but when the office moved I didn't know where. When I left the office that day I promised payment when I got paid the following Friday.I HAVE NEVER NOT PAID. I left the office with Tress screaming at me for payment. Glad they care so much NOT

I first sought out Dr. Steven R. in '04 for an emergency abscessed molar at age 50. His care has always been first-rate - skillful, wise and kind. I particularly appreciate his custom of presenting all alternatives and options. Consequently, his services are in high demand - routine appts. currently being set for March '23! Of the many practices that I have experienced in the Syracuse area, their staff and environment set the standard to which all should aspire.

Great dentist. I was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I decided to go with them. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time so I was a bit nervous. Entire staff is great. Nice waiting room and so accommodating. Never made me feel uncomfortable.

Dr Steven is the best dentist I have ever went to! My family and I saw him and his dad for many years. he fixed my smile after I could no longer wear braces due to short roots and gave me the confidence to smile all the time now! He and his staff are wonderful caring professionals
