Like many people, I don't love going to the dentist, but WOW! Everything about my appointment was pleasant. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. The waiting area and patient rooms are beautiful and calming. I was seen promptly. Alexis did a great job with my x-rays and teeth photoshoot. Dr. Dimento was extremely kind and so informative. I've never had such a thorough dental appointment before in my life. It was truly an educational experience, and an enjoyable one at that. Nadia cleaned my teeth and taught me how to floss better which I appreciate. Overall, they are setting the healthcare bar extraordinarily high. Highly highly recommend.

I really cannot put into words what an amazing group this is. The whole staff. From the front desk, assistants, hygeniests. Everyone here is so happy, friendly and welcoming. How every medical office should be! Both dentists are incredible. They don’t just care about your teeth and oral health but your overall health which I have never experienced at a Dentist. I have had severe dental issues for 20 years. I've been to over 30 dental practices in that time. I've always had severe anxiety from the experiences at all those places. From the moment you walk in to THIS office, you feel comfortable and welcome...Then you meet the dentist. Dr. Dimento is, hands down, the most compassionate, professional and just all around amazing person and talented dental surgeon. He and the entire staff have changed my life. I was so self conscious about how my teeth were, I wore my mask everywhere just to cover my mouth. I never smiled without covering my mouth. I love to sing, and I quit singing for years because of my teeth. I am literally a new person, all thanks to this practice. THANK YOU! To Dr. Dimento and the entire staff!

Today I met Dr. Meluni and Dental associate Mac. After Mac showed me into my procedure room and went over after care info pertaining to my visit, Dr. Meluni arrived, introduced himself and explained to me exactly what he was going to do erasing any apprehension I had coming in! Great Dr., great sense of humor, great extraction! It was finished in what seemed like minutes and later that afternoon I received a call from him asking about my status! Wow! A guy could get spoiled here!

I found Dr. DiMento and his team when I moved to the Syracuse area just over 3 years ago. I find going to the dentist is a very stressful experience in general, so I am extremely particular about who I see. Everyone in this office is so nice and friendly. Linda does all my cleanings (I go 4 times a year) and she has a great chair side manner and always listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Dr. DiMento is thorough, thoughtful and very helpful regarding my care. His work is first rate. I never feel like he is rushing through a procedure and he explains everything fully so I can make informed decisions. I am moving out of the area and I dread having to find a new dentist. I highly recommend Dr. DiMento and his staff.

When I retired, I lost my dental insurance. Fortunately for me, he offers a very reasonable, comprehensive dental package for seniors and others that don't have dental coverage. Dr. DiMento is the best!
