Today me and my husband went to get our teeth cleaned for the first time in a LONG time. We both have anxiety. But I’m gonna tell you what from the minute we came here till the time we were done with our visit we had an amazing experience. The receptionist was very nice, the dental assistant made me feel super comfortable and was friendly. The dentist Dr. Phillips was very nice, helpful and made myself and my husband feel comfortable! We will be coming back here ! And I will highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for the great experience !
Update 11/3 went in for an appointment to get some fillings once again everyone was awesome fillings were painless thank you so much for the great experience!

I went there for a good few years , then after awhile they got a new receptionist that racially profile me , because I was black, example when I entered the the building I usually greet everyone and tell them my name and my appointment time, she completely ignored me , I keep saying excuses me and she continued to ignore me so, I went and have a seat, then shortly after a middle age white guy walk in and she greater him with a smile and asked for his name and appointment and let him went ahead of me ,so the dentist come out and side to me are you next ,and I sad yes because I was first, the point is always treat everyone fairly and with kindness, because you never know what someone is going through in life.

The receptionist is very kind, the doctors are okay. But the assistant that sees you first is rotten. I have anxiety and he was extremely rude while I was in an emergency. 3 other people including the dentist and receptionist stepped in and apologized for his behavior.

That aside, they might be able to help you on walk ins. The oral surgeon isn't promised to always be there.

My advice, call your own doctor or go to an urgent care and they can prescribe you antibiotics. That way you can avoid this place all together.
Then, go somewhere else that has an oral surgeon on site. Lake Hill Dental is a short drive further than here, and they handle emergencies with care...

It is very sad that a place that's supposed to help people in pain, has someone working there that bullies patients. This is why people are so afraid of the dentist.

Ok so my children and i have been going here for years , great place great doct , up until about 6 months ago when they told me i needed 2 root canals ... i said ok lets do it they said nope we dont do root canals you also need a fillings so get your root canals done then we can do your fillings . never gave refer to another place for root canals not to mention they did my sons root canal 2 months prior to this, all a sudden they do root canals 2 moths after i find a new dentist and they do my fillings first ..... hmmmmmm shady lady

I had a last minute root canal done yesterday. It was, despite what I expected and had heard from friends, the most relaxing dental experience. I've been going to this office for a while, have seen all 3 doctors and have always had pleasant experiences, as pleasant as expected for dental work. Everyone has always been kind and knowledgeable and explained procedures thoroughly. I appreciate these things.

Today I had an appt as a new patient, after waiting 2 months for the appt. My previous dentist Dr. Miller who was wonderful retired. When I made the appt. I explained to the receptionist that my dental history was very extensive, I would have my previous records sent as without them my appt would not be complete. When I arrived after sitting for 15 minutes the receptionist asked if I had any previous records. I informed her my dentist had sent them. She said she didn't see them. Why would they have not let me know this last week. I called my previous dentist and they sent them a month ago. I have now been waiting in the waiting room 35 minutes, watching the staff and Dr. Watching the paving going on in the parking lot. No one acknowledged me. Masks are required but every patient Coming out to pay had no mask. The receptionist said it was OK. I was put into a room with a dirty mask hanging on the pole in front of the tray. I had a bad feeling about the whole visit, but figured I would wait for the Dr. She never came in and I just got up and walked out, stopping to let the receptionist know. I called them 3 hours later to express my concerns. I asked if Noone there cared that a patient walked out without being seen. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule and then asked me to hold. I hung up figuring why am I wasting more of my time..

I have huge pain in my teeth and teeth also loos. i just visit for walk in there and Dr. Check my teeth and take instant design and remove my teeth with politely he has good knowledge. Staff is very nice they help me a lot

Yesterday 6/28/22 was my very first appt with bruswick dental.
I arrived a little later then my scheduled appt time and they still seen me.
Every staff member was very polite and courteous. X-rays we’re easy and did not hurt like they used to(the little ones they put in your mouth for certain teeth. This one was digital and extremely painless.
I seen Dr.Phillips and she was AMAZING! Told me every detail of what she was going to do or what we were doing in general.
She did 5 veryyyy small fillings yesterday and it was a breeze.
I typically have anxiety when it comes to dentists and I did take something to help before my appt but honestly I probably didn’t need it!
I can’t wait to go back for the rest of my dental work

I'm sorry the first impression of this little office-in-a-mall is not at all about the care these providers offer. I have routine cleanings, as well as emergency extractions and root canals and crowns done with them. Both Dr.'s are extremly talented, professional and caring about the quality of service they provide. After 30+ years of dental care with Latham Dental, I moved to Brunswick Dental and would never go back. They are all about the care of the patient, and never about the up sell of products or uneeded services.

I had severe pain in my mouth, I was seen as an emergency visit and told I needed an extraction or a root canal with crown. My insurance doesn't cover the latter - I was prescribed what I needed to get through to my followup appointment with them a week later and had my tooth extracted then and there. It was so fast and relatively painless. I've had no complications and a great relief in my mouth. They are super professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
