Aqua Dental PC

This is the first dentist in my 63 years who I wanted to hug! She is excellent and I have dental anxiety she made me feel comfortable and didn’t do anything that wasn’t needed she listened to me. I highly recommend this practice!!

I went black to day for a reline I have never had a more fantastic dental visit!! I will only recommend them the staff is great! The dentist was a life saver!! I couldn’t think of one bad thing about them! Highly recommend

This is the rudest most unprofessional dentist i have ever met in my life!!!!! Walked out mid appointment. Please do not get desperate enough to try this place out,especiallywith children!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced anything like it..

Absolutely rude and made my mother unbearably uncomfortable, she had to walk out because of the way they were treating her and my sister, as someone in the medical field this is so unbelievably unprofessional. Do not go here

doesnt answer the phone when you call just says enter remote access code which nobody has so its pointless to even call them especially if its an emergency

I had a very good dental experience here today. Even though the office was busy with 2 unexpected emergencies, my wait time wasn't overly long. The x-ray technician was friendly and quick, and the dentist and hygienist were very thorough with my teeth cleaning needs. I've already made my 6 month follow up appointment. Thank you.

Rant!!!

I've been looking for a new dentist for a while. Our old dentist made us be "new patients" after they closed the office we went to and only had the bville one open so we had to reschedule appointments almost a year out. I found Aqua Dental in Watertown, cool. They got us in within a few weeks. Took my.son out of school and drove me him and Quinn 45 mins to Watertown for them to have a sign on the dorr saying " sorry, were not here today" no call, no email, nothing. So we wasted a trip for nothing! I proceeded to call multiple times a week for 2 weeks and both answer. I FINALLY got through and was like " where has everyone been?" They acted like it was no big deal and brushed it under the rug.
Flash forward to today, our newest appointment. Take Tristan out of school again, drive the 3 of us to Watertown and hey, thyere open! Great. Quinn is super excited, she's been talking about going to the dentist for days. The assistant was great, super sweet to the kids and was very patient with Quinn showing her all the tools. Then enters the actual dentist 🙄 This lady had a chip on her shoulder way before we got there. Immediately told Tristan he couldn't stand where he was standing very rudely after I told him to go to that spot. She was just being very short. I proceeded to take a few pics of Quinn BC its her first dental.visit and I like to keep pics of almost everything, pretty normal to take pics. This woman snapped on me! She said I had no right to take pics in there and I didnt ask. I said you.can't see I didnt know it wasn't allowed, there's no signs or waivers stating otherwise. She said well I don't want to be on social media, Inside thats fine, I can delete the photo or just post the others ones, not a big deal. She got up, left my.child in the chair and made the receptionist tell is we had to leave. Meanwhile, Tristan was getting a cleaning and they made him leave mid cleaning.
I'm beyond disgusted with Aqua Dental. Avoid this place at all costs! She wanted to avoid social media so bad she wound up making it to where she is going to lose business. Guess she didn't think that one through eh? Either way, Quinn did really well! I wish her first experience was better 😥

Rubina has been our family dentist for years now and we love her!! She is very accommodating to our needs. My mother doesn't speak English and this place always has Spanish speaking staff to help her and make her feel comfortable. Highly recommend her!!

Warning!!!

Very unprofessional dental office. Does not communicate with patients. Everything i have visited there are never the same dental hygienists so clearly they don't like working there either. Rude receptionist. Alot of better dentists in town. Only looking to maximize insurance payouts

This is the best dentist in Watertown! And believe me I’ve tried a few over the last twenty odd years. Rubina and her team are always very professional and friendly. Never used to like going to the dentist but I like going here! Highly recommend them!!

NEVER CONSIDER THESE INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE. The office manager straight up told me they WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE people with CHILDREN! Most unprofessional dentist office i have ever seen! I wish there was a zero rating because these people definitely don't deserve any business ever. But it was perfectly okay for someone else to be there with their child. Can you say discrimination?!
