There was no explanation of COVID protocols posted or discussed with me - I felt very vulnerable not knowing whether my room was cleaned between patients, how waiting room was cleaned, etc.
The technician was very efficient and got me in and out in less than an hour which was the fastest appointment I have ever had there!
