UPDATE: Laura contacted me today and after a discussion we worked out our differences.
If you have a child do not use this practice. Four times I have set an appointment for my son and four times they have texted me to change his appointment due to the doctor being out of the office that day.
I have called to reschedule this time and had to leave a message and no callback in 5 days. Called this morning and the mailbox is full. Guess they don’t need patients.
