Dr. Hill and his staff are fantastic. I must say the BEST dental experience I've EVER had .Dr. Hill does amazing work .I am very very pleased with my new bridge . Perfect!!

Their behavior is unprofessional and discriminatory. Called them to arrange an appointment. Recording said to send an email and they'd respond within 48 hours. So I emailed their required info. It has been over a week and still no word. They have a full page on their website stating that they indeed do accept my particular insurance provider, so this week I left a message asking their insurance dept to call me. They did not return my phone call. UPDATE: not long after I posted this 1-star review, guess what! they finally called me. They are over a week too late. That call was insulting. Now, regarding your reply: you had ample time to write a lengthy email justifying your negligence. How long would it have taken to reply to my original email with a simple, one-sentence email? Answer: about 1 minute.

My daughter has massive anxiety when it comes to the dentist, that being said, she came out smiling (this is the same child that has been thrown out of other offices) I can't say thank you enough for taking care of her & making her feel comfortable ❤️

So this fabulous group down at Biltmore Ave Family Dentistry went above and beyond for me today. Ariel and Dr. Hill were very patient and kind while redoing a old crown for me. They took their time, explained the process and dealt with my fear of the dentist like Pros. I’m bit of a difficult patient and Ariel was definitely my guardian angel. Before I panicked too bad Ariel and the staff had me in a 3D total immersive VR headset that was a total game changer. The noise canceling head phones alone were enough to make the experience much less terrifying and I calmed down almost immediately. If you have a fear of dentist or have children this is the Dentist office for you.

Everyone at this office was absolutely amazing with my 6 year old daughter and I could not recommend it more! I myself have always hated the dentist and have a lot of anxiety around it even bringing my daughter. I did not want her to start off on the wrong foot and have a bad experience from such a young age! Rain at the front desk was so sweet and Candy was so patient explaining everything she was doing and showing her each step while cleaning her teeth and taking her X-rays! Dr.Lesile came in and was also amazing and patient with her and they shared the same favorite color pink which my daughter liked! Very thankful for a good experience where I will feel so comfortable taking my daughter and all future children there.

I scheduled a new patient appointment and was put on the schedule less than 24 hours notice and when I tried to reschedule cause of sickness they will no longer take me as a patient due to not giving them at 24 hr notice? I didn’t have the opportunity and got sick that night. It’s ridiculous and especially hard due to being on Medicaid to find a new dentist. They didn’t tell me when scheduling this either. Beware

This has to be the best dentist office I've ever stepped foot in! All the staff are super friendly and patient and take real good care of their patients!! 💖💖💖💖 Very understanding and has made me love going back to the dentist!! I can't wait to get all my teeth back to better health! And I'm so glad I found BFD!!!

I had an extreme fear of dentists that was caused by my very first dentist over 45 years ago and couldn't get rid of that fear until I found a friend who recommended this practice! One and a half years later? Fear completely gone! I trust them implicitly now!
