This is THE BEST dentist's office I have ever been to! From the minute I made my appointment over the phone I had an incredible experience. The woman on the phone was so kind and welcomed me to the practice, and when I arrived the office was clean, inviting, and the front desk folks were so kind and welcoming. They took me on a tour of the whole office, offered me coffee/tea/water, and even had a free gift waiting for me in the chair (a super nice steel coffee tumbler!). The dental hygienist was so kind and open, extremely knowledgeable, and so was the dentist. I have really sensitive teeth and usually hate going to the dentist, but everyone made me feel right at home, and the dental care was seriously top notch. I will literally never go to any other dentist as long as I'm in Asheville!!! 15/10 stars! Thank you so much to everyone at Rebol for such a great experience!!!!!!

I was having tooth pain. I called and was seen the same day. Antibiotics as well as pain meds were prescribed. To follow up if not better in 3 days. Dr. Rebol and his staff are wonderful caring people. I felt like they really cared, not like a patient who was worked in causing a big inconvenience to everybody's schedule. Thank you all.

I just moved to town and wanted to get my teeth cleaned. I found Rebol and heard good things. I called a couple days before my visit to make sure they took my insurance and they did. From the moment I sat down I was pressured to get a deep clean. Eventually I caved. They could only do half of my mouth at a time. On the way out of the door I was asked for $317 after I was told they would submit it for insurance to cover. Finally I get a phone call and the real bill is $480. This is a pressure to upsell business. You would do well to find an honest dentist. This one is not.

I had an abscessed tooth. I searched for awhile before I found Rebol dentist office taking new patients. I met with Dr. Sparks. He was awesome. The whole staff was awesome. Very friendly and easy to talk with.

Overall, my experience was positive. The facility is nice and staff were professional. In particular, Celine was very kind and welcoming. My only concern was a particular policy: That you can't be seen at this dentist again if you decline x-rays with your dental cleaning. I don't have dental insurance, but will in a few months. I wanted to get a cleaning and come back for x-rays when I had insurance. I was told by the dental hygienist that if I didn't get x-rays, I would not be allowed back. My concern is that this type of policy, expressed as it was, will discourage patients with financial concerns from pursuing even the minimum care they can afford.
Update: I went back and had a very nice experience. They were willing to delay my other x-rays until I have insurance, and the dental hygienist was incredibly sweet and very understanding. I am changing my review to 5 stars.
