I was not allowed to make another appointment because I forgot I had an appointment. I was reminded of the appointment by the dentist office secretary. She told me that I had to make the appointment. I told her I couldn't get off of work now because I didn't tell my job about the appointment. I asked her if I could reschedule the appointment and she said no. I asked her if I could ever reschedule and she said no. This was the first time I missed an appointment. I'm an African American middle age male and I hope that my race didn't play a role in this. I didn't get that fibe when I started coming to this office, but to deny me treatment because I had to miss one appointment. Now I have to find another dentist office for dental care.
