I had my first appointment here the other day and couldn't have been more impressed. From the front desk to the dental technician, I felt welcomed and made comfortable to be there. The office is also very clean and has a pleasant layout. BTW, they also gave me a blanket as soon as I sat in the chair bc I'm cold natured!
When Dr.Rebol came in he was very professional while still friendly. He and the amazing tech(I wish I could remember her name bc she deserves her own 5🌟) spent time with me to find out my dental concerns, questions and any outcomes I have in mind for my dental health. From there he did a very thorough exam of my teeth and gums, as well as the soft tissues inside of my mouth. He found a filling that is wearing down but instead of just telling me I need it replaced, he asked if I had noticed it and if it had given me any discomfort. When I said no, he said we'll just keep and eye on it. Great! Bc I have other teeth that need attention and can use my insurance deductible instead. After the exam, and panoramic x-ray (I was due) he went over what I definitely need and a couple of tentative plans for me to choose from as to achieve the overall health and smile that I am hoping for. I am really excited and have already recommended them to a family member and even another of my medical providers that hasn't been in the area long. I'll give updates in a few months! 😁😃

I am always treated nice. Today I went in for a cleaning with Kelli and we enjoyed a nice conversation. Then Dr. Sparks came in and said I was doing good. Best news I had. I am happy that I came to this office.

UPDATE:
I was called by a manager right away who comped my entire last service. She was very professional and I felt completely heard as we discussed the shortcomings mentioned below. There was no disagreement and I really appreciated her sharing some explanations, apologizing and making it right. I must say, the quality of dental service has been great, so with the cost issue resolved we are happy to continue as patients.
There's good things about this office. How they estimate and charge is not one of them. My family has been going here for a couple years. They consistently charge more than I was told it would cost. I called in advance. I was told a cleaning and x-rays would be $230. When I checked out it was $323. Front desk said it must have been because I got x-rays when I already confirmed that in advance. No offer to speak with anyone. Poor front desk attitudes. My 5 yo son was given fluoride without my consent and I know that's a concern for some parents.

I came as a new patient to Rebol to establish with a Dentist and am extremely pleased with the care I received. Definitely 10/10. Dr. Sparks did an exceptional job taking care of my teeth and explaining to me everything he was doing, also made me very comfortable (which I was so nervous about- I am a very nervous dental patient.) His bedside manner was excellent. Kelly, dental hygienist, is fabulous. Very much knows her stuff and made me feel like I received very personalized care, she clearly genuinely enjoys her job! Also of note, they were very timely- this is something I notice, as we all have limited time in the day. I believe I have found my dentistry office for life, and will be recommending Rebol to my network of friends, family, and patients. They will take personalized care of you- a lost art nowadays
