Excellent! This is a friendly and professional office. Crystal helped me with provider information and even called the Insurance company for me. Having my teeth cleaned by Missy was a pleasant experience, she was thorough and informative. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr Webb, who is very personable and took the time to answer all my questions. I have complete confidence in Dr Webb and his staff. I’ve found my Dentist!

Had an emergency with older crowns coming loose. Kim got me in right away today and Dr. Lauren did a great job with a temporary fix.
Older post- Katherine did a great job by combining her knowledge and skill in a pleasing and professional manner. Would highly recommend her and Dr. T. and the practice. Dr. T did a complex bridge that is functioning beautifully.

Best emergency filling experience ever! Very considerate about the pain I was in and got me in as soon as they could! Friendly staff. I very much enjoy using this office! I do not have insurance and they have a great program for that as well!

And it was reassuring to see all staff and clients taking the recommended COVID19 precautions - temperatures checks upon arrival and masks required unless you're in the chair.

Every single person on their staff is super friendly & helpful. I’ve met both doctors, both are very professional & they both know their stuff to the T. I’m pretty sure it was Dr. Webb who took my wisdom teeth out - he was super fast, painless & professional. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, especially people like me without insurance. They have awesome plans & actually do help you get realistic pricing. Thank you again!!

Our hygenist, Tracy, is amazing with pre-schoolers! Patient, upbeat, calming, and fun - she made the visit so smooth and easy. Dr. Townsend is great as well - laid back, kind, and personable. That's true of the whole staff, actually. Highly recommend, especially for parents of littles!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend West Asheville Family Dentistry. This place seems more keen on making money than providing an excellent experience. My fiancé wanted his tooth extracted but instead they gave him a filling. He’s been in pain for a month now. We’re scrambling to find a dentist that will actually LISTEN to his plead for help.

Only one visit so far. My hygienist Katherine was very thorough and professional. She offered good explanations of her work, and was very friendly. I only saw Dr. Tounsend briefly, but he also seemed very nice. Happy with my choice of office.

Recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. West Asheville Family Dentistry is fantastic! The staff is taking extra COVID precautions and cleaning protocol to ensure health and safety for all patients. Laura is so kind, personable, and shared a few hygiene tips with me during my routine cleaning. Dr. Vivek and Julie helped me with my fillings. Dr. Vivek and Julie were precise, gentle, and made sure my dental work was pain-free! Four fillings in one hour with incredibly thoughtful staff!

Only my second visit, but both visits the Dr's, Hygienist's, and all staff were super friendly and supportive. The Hygienist was especially informative, and reassuring. Hands down the easiest dentist appointment I've ever had.
