Dr. C and Trinity were the best team I could've wished for. As a high anxiety person, they took time to make me feel comfortable and understand everything that would be done. They informed me about options and explained everything for me to make the best informed decision. There was no pressure at all. The check in/out ladies are so friendly and helpful. I am so thankful that I had this positive experience after avoiding the dentist for many years due to a traumatic experience. I read the reviews prior to making an appointment and what I read is what I experienced. If you're not sure about choosing this office for your dentistry, I highly recommend. Trinity even played relaxin, zen music for me to feel more comfortable. Thank you all so very much.

As a person who isn't a fan of the dentist (due to past experience else where), Blue Ridge Dentistry and their staff has made me feel so comfortable and well taken care off. Danielle was an absolutely delightful dental hygienist!
The staff is so kind and caring, the doctors are actively checking in with staff and patients, they had no issue doing a later appointment time in the afternoon, and they have fantastic communication and notification system in place.

As someone who has moved around a few times, establishing good relationships with medical & dental providers has been somewhat of a struggle for me.. but Blue Ridge Dentistry has never felt "new" to me. They've treated me like a lifelong patient even though I've only been seeing them for less than 2 months now. I feel comfortable here (comfortable as one can be at a dentist office). They were able to get me in next-day for my first appointment and got me in for my follow ups in a very timely manner as well. My hygienist was kind, funny, and very informative. Dr. Benfield was just as wonderful, and very gentle! I really appreciated his honesty in regards to a tooth that I was especially concerned about. He could have told me to fix it right away (and I would have!), which would have benefited the office financially, but he recommended I "get more mileage" out of it as long as it wasn't causing me any discomfort. As long as I'm in the High Country, Blue Ridge Dentistry will be my first choice for dental care!

Just had our first visit here and it was great! Everyone was very professional and Erin, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, did a thorough job. She made sure I was comfortable during the whole process and took the time to discuss the overall health of my gums/mouth etc. Highly recommend this practice.

I've been going to Blue Ridge Dentistry for the past decade or so and I've been very happy with them. Dr. Taylor takes the time to explain everything and to figure out the best treatment plan for me based on my specific situation. My dental hygienist Meleah does a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. Both of them and everyone at the office are kind and welcoming to me. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Dentistry.

Best Dental office in Boone!!!! I had to reschedule my appointment for my cleaning and they quickly got me in with another hygienist and I was dreading seeing someone new but she was great! I would highly recommend Danielle for a hygienist if you are looking for a dentist!! All the girls in this office are great!!

Fabulous! Everyone that works here are super friendly and incredibly kind. They take such amazing extra care and the time to make my son on the autism spectrum feel so comfortable. We have really struggled with getting him to brush his teeth like he should. Electric tooth brushes and flossing were impossible. Now he is ASKING to brush his teeth and floss 3 times a day! Has even mentioned trying an electric toothbrush again! I can’t say enough about the care my kids and I have received at Blue Ridge Dentistry.

I called for an extraction and they got me im and taken care of within an hour..amazing ! They eased my anxiety immediately and made the treacherous process of tooth extraction as comfortable to me as possible. The dental assistant was kind, didn't judge me and was helpfully informative. The dentist was professional and used kid gloves compared to the macho man randy savage approach which scared me away from the dentist for too long. I believe we've got a good dental plan established so once I'm brought up to a healthy base, then hopefully can move forward with a bit of the cosmetic stuff to top it all off. Thank you Blue Ridge Dentistry !
