Dr. D is the best dentist you will ever find. I felt like he really cared for me and did not hesitate to answer my questions. He gave me his undivided attention and did not rush his meeting with me. He explained thoroughly his opinion as well as the proper hygiene habits that I need to implement. Rarely do I leave any Dr. office feeling impressed or even satisfied. Thank you to the staff at Friendly Dental Group for all of your hard work and for caring for your patients.

Dr. Dave made a lasting impression with my wife and I. I have had many dentists over the years and can honestly say this is the first time I have ever written a review. The receptionist was helpful and so polite. She even helped us fill out the paperwork. We waited in a pristine and very clean waiting room. The hygienist was efficient but gentle. The Dentist was so professional and with a great bedside manner. Checking in, the procedure and checking out were smooth and without any difficulty. You can tell the office is managed appropriately and highly efficiently. I was so impressed! This will be our new dentist for sure!

I have been trying to find a dentist since I moved to Charlotte. A few people at my new job recommended Friendly Dental Group so I thought I would give it a try. To say the least, I have never had such a great experience. My family and I are new to the area and cannot get over how friendly everyone is. Well, it didn’t stop at this office. When we walked in everyone was so nice and we felt so welcome. When I was waiting in the chair for them to start my cleaning several times different hygienist stopped in to ask if I needed anything. The dentist and assistant were very polite. We absolutely love living in Charlotte and are so happy to have found such an amazing Dental office. We are going to recommend this office to everyone! I have been looking for a new dentist to care for my elderly father. We have tried several but only to find disappointment. Fortunately, I have found the perfect match. Dr. Dupim was amazing in every way. I am so pleased with the performance of the assistant and dentist as well as the professional and courteous attitude seen throughout the office. Everyone was patient, kind, and gentle with my elderly father which so touched my heart. In fact, My self and my children will also start coming to Friendly Dental from here on out. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know, especially to anyone with an older family in need of a kind and caring dental office.

The staff is so wonderful. All of our dental needs have always been met with the utmost professionalism. Our kids who are older, have recently started Invisalign and we are so excited to see the results. I love this place and all of the staff. We continue to recommend them to friends and family.

This office is quite possibly the most patient-friendly dentist I ever encountered. I brought my elderly father, who is a tough cookie, to get a check-up at Friendly Dental Group. Not only were they so patient and kind, but they also let him ask his questions and answered every one. No one was in a hurry or rushing. I could see how comfortable my dad felt interacting with all of the staff. This means the world to me and I cannot be more grateful or happier with my experience here at Friendly Dental Group.

I had a chipped tooth and needed an emergency appointment. Luckily my tooth is ok and I was so nervous about what to expect and the outcome. Fortunately, I chose Friendly Dental Group. The repair was painless and they perfectly matched the color of my natural tooth. They did incredible work. I am so relieved to have chosen such a competent Dentist. Thank you for saving my tooth and making my scary experience very enjoyable. You guys are the best!

I wish I switched dentists sooner. I have not always taken great care of my teeth and so, therefore, have not always had the easiest of experiences. Not only did this group empower me to take better care of my teeth, but they also didn’t make me feel bad for neglecting them. I am proud to say that because of their approach and caring attitude, I now have healthy teeth and gums. My smile is stellar!

Wonderful staff and Doctors. I have been coming to this dentist for years. Never a problem or a bad experience. I am very hard to please and have very high expectations from doctors. I am pleased to say that over the years they remain the best doctor’s office I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend.
