Friendly Dental

Friendly dental has an awesome dentist and hygienists (Ruben Ruiz) and a wonderful staff. They are very professional and care about their patients. I've been going to him for over 3 years and has referred several others. We’ve been to quite a few different offices - this is my favorite. If you are looking for a dentist, please check them out. You won't be disappointed.
I promise the staff are awesomeeeeeeee!. I am extremely confident that I am receiving the best care on every visit.

I have been going to Friendly Dental since I was pregnant. I love them so much my son who turned 2 had his first dentist appointment yesterday... they are so AMAZING! The entire staff is very friendly & professional. If I could give 20 stars I would!!!! 🌟 ⭐

The staff is kind. The front desk is ladies are nice. In particular really like the guy who did my cleaning and Reuben; they are very gentle when working. However Doctor Tran is not. I've had issues with jaw pain after being treated by Doctor Tran and was prescribed muscle relaxer for TMJ by my doctor. Today i went in for my last 2 fill ins and she left sore on the corner of my lip because she is so rough. I've only seen her three times and always have an issue with pain. I finished my treatment because I had no other option I will not be coming back.

3 o'clock appt. for a check up . 20 mins in the waiting room. Then went straight back to xray. At 4 o'clock the dentist came around for about 5 mins. Then office manager came with estimate. Told them not interested in anything but a cleaning on that day they said it couldn't be done on that day but that's what my appt.was for, will not go back or recommend them to anyone.

I have been coming here for a couple of years, everyone is nice, but the schedule leaves alot to be desired. I like to get my cleanings done twice a year. And when I finish one appointment, I book the next one 5 -6 months ahead. I have a crazy work schedule and know dental appointments can fill up quick. So you can imagine my suprise when the day before my appointment I get a call saying my appointment is cancelled because something just came up with another doctor and want to reschedule me 2 months later! I am told that once a month, a pediatric dentist takes over and they arent given their schedule until 2 week before. I ask for a sooner Day, but am informed they are taken. No accommodations can be made. I can't do business like that. So while the people are nice, your time isn't respected.

Super friendly staff, not a fan of anything medical but they made it easy all the way through. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This Friendly Dental Ofice is very good and clean. The staffs and Dr Tran are very helpful and excellent. I highly recommend people.

I have a friend who went here and seeing the other reviews this place needs to be sued. They always say theirs a bunch of cavities and do unnecessary drillings and cleanings. Do not go here no matter what. The dentist made my friend cry over a sneeze. A literal sneeze and she got yelled at. She got 8 cavities drilled and turned out they weren't cavities at all and now her nerves in her teeth are damaged and she cant drink hot and cold stuff. She can either live with or have all 8 teeth removed. I pray this place gets shut down and no one has to deal with such awful people who only care about money again.

I had visited a different location a few month prior and it was a nightmare but this location was 100% different! They were so nice friendly and helpful from the very beginning. I felt like they listened to what I wanted. The dentist was cery nice friendly and professional. I feel like I was treated with care and respect. I love the Woodlawn location and all of the wonderful employees. I plan on going here for many years and would highly recommend.
