I recently needed an emergency appointment and couldn’t believe how accommodating and courteous the staff was. They create an environment that is confident and warm. I was in great hands and have since switched my main dentist to Friendly Dental Group.

Dr. Pilar is absolutely Fantastic. Gentle, professional and considerate. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental experience. I have been looking for a dentist for a few years now and I never found the right fit until now. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

One thing I really enjoy is the ability to go to the dentist with my daughter at the same time. Most offices do not have a general adult dentist and a pediatric dentist at the same location. This makes it super easy for me to be efficient with my time and it feels like a bonding experience with my daughter.

Great First Impression. Staff was efficient in booking my appointment and I didn’t wait long to be seen. The office is very clean and the staff helped me even fill out my paperwork. My cleaning didn’t take very long and was very comfortable. I felt welcomed and at ease. Nice Place. Nice People.

From the moment you enter to the time you leave. You are treated not as a client but as a patient. They listen thoroughly to your question, comments, and concerns and answer them to their maximum knowledge. The dentists also make sure you understand what they’re saying when they start talking medically. The front desk is very patient when talking to their patients either through the phone as well as in person. The only problem I faced were their constant messages to remind you of the appointment, which to me was not great but I am understanding that there are people that don’t seem to remember. All in all I enjoy the people that work there as well as the environment they created!

I just moved here and have been searching for a dentist. I was very pleased by Dr. LaPenna. She was kind, caring and listened to my concerns. She took the time to teach me how to better care for my teeth. I since have taken my daughter to this office to see Dr. Pilar and my daughter absolutely loved her visit. The staff was wonderful and made my daughter comfortable and happy. Before my daughter hated to go to the dentist and this caused a lot of anxiety. Between the staff, hygienist and Dr. Pilar, I can finally say my daughter loves coming to the dentist. Thank you Dr. LaPenna, Dr. Pilar, and all the staff for all that you do for your patients! Highly Recommend this office.

If you are looking for a thorough, professional, and gentle dentist, look know more. Everyone in this office is courteous friendly. I am bringing everyone here in my family now even my kids.

This is the worst dental practice I have been to. I don't recommend it. First, they told me I needed a crowd ($1000+). I got it done, and a few months later, the crowd fell off. I returned to the practice, and they told me I needed a root canal on the same tooth. The dentist tried to do the root canal, but she couldn't because she didn't have the right tools. So they sent me to an Endodontist who would charge me $2400 to finish the root canal. At the time, I couldn't afford that amount, but I did have a choice but to wait until I could raise funds. Now the tooth started to hurt, and more than likely, I am going to lose the tooth.

I have been going to Friendly Dental for over five years. I have always had a great experience and everyone I have sent there as a referral says the same thing. Great job!

Fantastic experience every time my family comes here. They truly are a family dentist. They have more than enough dentists to accommodate. My sisters family comes here too. All together we have about thirty family members that come here on a loyal basis.
