My Dentists

Definitely a five star experience!!! I had a broken wisdom tooth that caused a lot of pain. I thought it would be hard to get an appointment during covid-19 pandemic. I got my appointment the next day after calling. The whole staff is great. The front desk ladies are sweet & friendly. Dr. Blake, Lisa & Kalia are amazing! Such a friendly place. You should definitely come here, if you need your teeth checked out!

I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of them! Personable, professional, and gentle, whether it's a cleaning, x-rays, or even an extraction! They provide thorough care in a calm, unrushed atmosphere with attention to universal precautions.

Courteous and friendly staff yet the diagnosis of the Dentist was inadequate or at least questionable in his ability to make an accurate prognosis. After two unsuccessful visits in two weeks to resolve tooth pain had to go to another dentist for a solution.

From the moment that I walked into My Dentists I felt welcomed. The staff is extremely friendly. The doctor and hygienist were instructive, but not patronizing. And my teeth feel super clean! The Groupon was a great deal, and I will definitely continue using My Dentists in the future, and refer everyone I know!

Incredible Experience!
My husband and I are relatively new to Charlotte and have been taking our time to find an outstanding dental practice. After quite a bit of research, I had my first appointment this week and it certainly lived up to the impeccable reviews I read. My first impression came from Vicky (patient coordinator) who was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Kim did my cleaning and she did an extremely thorough job while still being gentle which I so appreciated. Beyond that, Kim was also so warm, kind, patient, and fun to be around. She really went out of her way to explain each step as it came and was truly a professional. I was especially impressed by Dr. Pinnavaia. He took so much time with me to consult about my nightguard and other dental issues. I have felt anxious about finding a new dentist in a new city but after just one appointment, I feel complete peace of mind. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. And, his assistant Carol is outstanding as well. I know how hard it can be to choose a new dentist....this entire dental practice is first class from all that I can tell! Do not hesitate to give them a try.

If I could give 100 stars I would! I have a serious phobia of dentists and dental visits in general. From the moment I walked in the door, my fears were put at ease. I was informed about everything they were doing, treated respectfully, and given information every step of the way. I’ve found my forever dentist!!!

I will definitely be coming back; everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. Information was clearly presented, the appointment was easy to both re-schedule due to my needs, and confirm once the new date drew near. Have already recommended it to friends.

I know that this sounds crazy but it’s always a joy going to the dentist for me. Dr. Pinnavia and Jeanette are awesome! They always make me feel welcome and I feel like they genuinely care about how I’m doing (overall). The bonus—they always remember my son and ask how he’s doing!

I am always apprehensive about being in the dental chair but Jeanette made my experience lovely (well as lovely as a dental appointment can be). Her many years as a hygentist definitely shows in her care and concern. Dr. Yun was also very nice and took the time to explain things. I'm so thankful to have found the team at MyDentists.

I have been going to My Dentists for around 17 years now and it feels more like a family visit than going to the dentist. Anytime i have an emergency they make time somehow and the staff is incredible. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
