Each and every time they have been welcoming, time efficient ( which is a bonus for my busy schedule), and explains things so well. I highly recommend them. Keep up the great service.

I’ve been going to Friendly dental in Mooresville for a long time. Recently I had an issue with my permanent retainer, called the Mooresville location. And zero help, new front desk there has been extremely rude and terrible customer service. I called the North Lake location, spoke with Mrs. Denic, she listened to me and my whole story. She went to great lengths to call around with different Orthodontists in the area to see if they could get me in. None could so Mrs. Denic went ahead and scheduled me in to their already busy schedule, not only to get my retainer out, but also scheduled me to come back to get in reinstalled. AMAZING customer service, extremely friendly couldn't of asked for better service.

Dr. Nagel is taking care of me for almost 7 years, he help me with bad crown that was done in another state incorrectly. His team is very knowledge and friendly. They're taking care of me and my family and they are in a great location. I wish that they have more appointments avaibles for the little one's. But overall I recommend this Doctor and his Team.

I have been coming here for over 4 years....I highly recommend them if you are like me and had trauma at your childhood dentist. I broke 2 front teeth at age 6 The staff is very helpful and patient. Dr Nagel forewarns you as he does each step of a procedure. I actually enjoy my visits .
