I’m very picky when I choose a dentist office. I just moved from California and things on the East Coast are totally different. I look for staff friendliness, professionalism, and reliability. I like to see very clean offices with updated equipment. Their staff is friendly and professional. I’m new to Charlotte so of course I got lost trying to make my appointment, but I called and received specific instructions. When I arrived to the office, it felt much like an LA office, very glam and small and personal. I didn’t wait very long. The receptionist was polite. Lauren who did my cleaning was very nice and understanding. The doctor after her was even nicer. I wish I remembered everyone else’s names but I will say every staff member I encountered was super nice. Even the assistant that went over the treatment plan was very professional and upfront. I can’t wait to visit my next few appointments. Take care of your teeth people. Start today by visiting Skyview. I promise you will not regret it.

After not visiting a dentist for a long while, I went in nervous. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming. The office was clean and as cozy as possible for somewhere medical. Great experience. I absolutely recommend. I am headed back over the next couple weeks to get things taken care of and I'm definitely heading in with much less anxiety because they were so warm, kind and understanding.

I have been a patient of Dr. Byrd and her staff at Skyview Dentistry for several years. I have never left the office less than 100% satisfied.
I recently had a crown fall victim to a tootsie pop and land on my desk. Within 90 minutes I was in the office being treated. Although they were short staffed today they were able to wedge me in between appointments and had the crown reinstalled and I was on my way.
Can’t say enough good about Skyview Dentistry.

Scheduled appt in Dec for specific time and also confirmed appt. The morning of my appt my husband tells me he had rescheduled his appt and while on the phone they asked could I reschedule my appt and come in earlier however I was not privy to this information until my husband told me the morning of my original appt. (Isn’t that a HIPPA issue) anyway attend my appt Dr numb me and after waiting an hour I got up because I needed to leave. The. Another Dr offered to complete the fillings which was a little too late. Came back for an emergency appt (I need to get my fillings filled before I scheduled my appt to get my wisdom teeth removed as recommended) by that time my wisdom tooth chipped and I was in pain. The Dr says “we have you recommendations for oral surgeon they may be able to get you in 3 days or so” like where is the empathy or compassion!!? Take black women and their pain seriously!! Never going back

Fantastic first experience. From the Front Desk staff, Amanda One and Ananda Two😂. Nicole was both professional and compassionate as she did my exam and cleaning. 👏🏼 Dr. D'Souza was very professional and took the time to discuss treatment plans. Looking forward to going back to my dentist's office. Can't say it any better. Gratitude to all of them for what they do.

It's always a positive friendly experience. Parking is easy underneath. Ride the elevator to 4 and you're at their door. You can look out at the nice view of the city or watch a movie in your chair.
