Absolutely amazing staff!! Very knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and friendly!! Tameka was absolutely a joy!! I will refer EVERYONE I know to come here. Best dentist office I've ever been to and will not be going anywhere else as long as they're still up and running! They got me in right (at my appointment time) and was out of there in an hour. I had x-rays, cleaning, fluoride treatment, and a longer consult with the dentist regarding some issues. I did not feel rushed and it was an amazing feeling! Great music in the office and they also had TVs with Netflix in case you wanted to watch something!

Dr. Byrd and Dr. Silva and their staff were amazing. I needed an emergency dental procedure during the first leg of a family road trip. They were VERY accommodating and if I were a Charlotte resident I would be a life long client. Definitely recommend them. Thank you SO MUCH!!

Definitely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. My dental hygienist Tameka was extremely thorough and helped point some trouble spots for me and how to fix it, unlike any other hygienist I’ve had. The dentist Dr. Dasilva was kind and respectful. The front desk receptionist Amanda was also really nice and helpful. The environment is amazing and it felt like a real team atmosphere amid all the employees. Highly recommend!

My visits to Skyview Dentistry is always an easy one. Decor and music are all upbeat and esthetically pleasing. Also what beats a view of uptown Charlotte from the sky?
The E-medical update via text the day before really makes the process flow much easier when I arrived.
My dental hygienist (I’m sooooo sorry I forgot her name but it starts with a “D” and she had the most awesome haircut!!) was extremely pleasant demeanor, had great conversation, and was very thorough. Dr. Byrd, as always, had a sweet and calming chair-side manner and did a wonderful job. Front desk staff members were cheerful and attentive.
Skyview Dentistry is a bright and pleasant contrasting environment to the rest of the Epicentre that surrounds it currently.

What a great experience, by far the best dentist I have been to since arriving in Charlotte.
Easy experience checking in and verifying insurance, and the staff was friendly even though is was 7:30am right after a holiday weekend!
My hygienist Bailey is top notch. She was friendly and welcoming, but not in an overbearing sort of way. She also did not ask me a bunch of conversational questions during the cleaning, which I enjoy as it's so hard to talk with tools in your mouth! She was also gentle during the cleaning, unlike some other experiences which feel like someone just jabbing at your gums, Bailey was efficient and able to scrape tartar without inflicting maximum pain.
The dentist herself was also friendly, and welcomed me as a new patient before checking over my teeth.
They also did not seem to to be so focused on the upsell for things like whitening, Botox/filler, or even Invisalign like previous offices I have been to in Charlotte, which was a nice respite I appreciated. They do sell electric toothbrushes and heads, which if you have an HSA, allows you to submit for reimbursement.
All in all a superb experience, and the views of uptown aren't bad either.

I recently went to sky view for some dental work and I could not be happier. My front teeth were chipped and Dr Sylva fixed them on the spot. I went to another dentist and they refused to even fix them when they hurt and were very sensitive. My confidence is back and can actually smile without being embarrassed. If you go to sky view I highly recommend Dr Sylva, she’s the best dentist I’ve ever met! Also. everyone in the office is so nice and attentive to your needs! Thanks guys :)
