I’m new to the Charlotte area and had an appt scheduled today. I was lost trying to find the office. I called the office 5 times and no one answered. When I finally found the office, they told me their phone system was down. Even though I had no way of contacting them to be at the office, they refused to see me or even take my X-rays. I would not recommend the business to anyone.
