Well we only went for a consultation and have to come back to have my daughters work done (who is only 9) I must say the entire staff was very polite and friendly. The dentist was amazing the way she talked to my daughter and walked her through step by step on what they would be doing on the next visit. Making her feel very comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you to everyone. You guys are amazing. I greatly appreciate the kindness and the time you spent with my daughter making her feel more comfortable. I had a regular teeth cleaning appointment here at 2 and they didn’t start the actual cleaning until about 2:40. My mother asked the staff what the wait was about, and as soon as she brought that to attention, they suddenly came in to start cleaning my teeth. The doctor was passive aggressive and claimed that I didn’t floss at all, which she wouldn’t know because i floss everyday and i even told her before she started that I had just ate. On the plus side the rest of the staff are nice and watching netflix was cool.

Beautiful place everyone is very polite I'm just not ok with the fact I was a new patient and I only got an exam and I waited a month for this appointment due to teeth sensitivity and wisdom teeth pain. I left with prescription for the wisdom teeth pain but nothing for sensitivity which I'm use to my old dentistry giving advice or something now I'm here still with pain and sensitivity until December which I think is highly unfair (BEING THAT I WAITED AN ENTIRE MONTH TO GET SEEN TO BEGIN WITH) NOT TO MENTION I didn't even get my fill ins or cleaning that I was suppose to get at the new patient appointment or atleast that's what I'm used to... Charlotte is becoming so scarce with DENTAL appointments its very frustrating so to wait another month for something that could've been done the same day is unbelievable. Again lovely looking place polite workers I just didn't felt taken care of. I waisted time when I could've went somewhere who would've actually had TIME to do what was needed.

Dr. Rani and her entire staff are excellent. Tender care, no waiting, they go the extra mile for their patients. We began going there because years ago she was willing to see my husband early on a Saturday morning to remove a painful tooth when we weren’t even her patients.
