The cleaning and filing were fine, but 1 had to wait awhile in between the cleaning to get my filing. I was hoping to be in and in about in an hour and a half or less. I was there 2 hours dud to waiting for filing. Staff and dentist were really nice . Wish they had said they were running behind is all.

This team makes you look forward to going to the dentist . Very relaxed professional environment . And let me mention massage dental chair , tv in ceiling , and best of all a blanket to make you even more comfortable. Latest in technology (no more painful bite wings or loud equipment ). By the time you leave the appointment , you feel inspired to tell others about good dental health .

The people at CarolinasDentist have done a spectacular job. I'd like to say that all I've had is cleanings. Unfortunately, I've had fillings, a tooth pulled and crown work done as well.
That being said, each and every time I've gone, the staff has been very knowledgeable and friendly!
This last time, I returned due to a crown coming loose. I went in, wondering what I would be paying for them to fix it (I probably should have asked about that in the beginning).
After having initial x-rays and fully removing the crown, things were looking good. With a little bit of touch-up work, all that was left was to re-adhere the crown.
At this point, the doctor mentioned that they were now using an even better material for their crowns. While things were at the present stage, they may as well replace the crown with the better material... At the moment, I, with the regular dental apparatus holding my mouth open, mumbled agreement.
After the doctor and assistant left the room, a short while later I began to wonder. Had I just agreed to pay for a new crown? 😳
After the new crown was put on, the assistant walked with me to the front and said goodbye. I asked the attendant at the desk what a owed, to which she responded, "Nothing, you're good...it was comp'ed."
So, long story short... The staff is great and they stand behind their work!
If I need to have any more future work done, I will definitely continue to return to these folks!

Like a lot of people like myself, I do not look forward to going to the dentist. The anxiety of getting your teeth examed to the scraping of your teeth to get it cleaned. Well I must say I am so glad that dentistry has joined the Modern Technology world. I was so pleasantly surprised on how quick and PAINLESS it was to get my teeth examed, cleaned, get a quick massage and watch my favorite children's show (Nemo)---on the ceiling. I almost forgot I was at the dentist. 😊The best part of my visit was the staff they were so friendly and melted my anxiety away with their kindness and smiles.

We were leary of a "chain" dentist, but have been very impressed. The equipment is top notch - including xray equipment. same day crowns. My boys love the staff, especially Kat, the hygienist :) Great job guys!

I highly recommend Dr. Krista McDaniel and her assistant, Sam. They are the consummate professionals who exercise patience and a wonderful, down to earth attitude. They really enjoy their work and they made me feel very comfortable, as if I was family. They have a customer for life in me.

My first visit was for a cleaning and it was THE most comprehensive cleaning that I have ever had. My second visit was for a chipped tooth that decides to chip once per year and this was the first time that the adjustment worked on the first try. And I didn’t need to be numbed! Who knew?!

I had an emergency issue and the folks at Carolina Dentist fit me right in. I am a new patient and they couldn't have been more accommodating, professional and personable. Everyone was amazing!! They even have tv's mounted on the ceiling, with headphones, so you can watch movies while they fix your teeth. I am definitely switching to Carolina Dentist for good. Thank you soooo much!!
