I had THE best visit here today! Patsy is ALWAYS so welcoming as soon as I come in, and the dental hygienist (Kerri) was fantastic!
I had some issues during a past visit and addressed them with the Office Manager (Patsy). I was very appreciative that she cared enough about me as a patient, and clearly wanted me to have a great experience in their office.
Today, more than made up for that visit. I will definitely continue coming to Carolina Dental Arts of Goldsboro for my dental needs.

This place is Amazing! I never encounter a staff member there that has ever made us feel less than or came across rude. No matter the problem, they always give the best care possible! They explain everything they are going to do before, during, and after and try to make you as comfortable as possible. I have had to call a few times over past couple years for a wide variety of things past basic cleanings, but whenever it involved any kind of tooth aches/pain they always treat it with a urgent need and get us in usually the same day. When you have kiddos that have teeth pain just the sense of urgency goes along way. If the atmosphere of that place stays the same they will always have our business!

I wrote a 5 star review on Carolina Dental Arts the first time I went and have been a few times since then; however, I felt my visit today warranted another 5 star review, which actually makes this a 10 star review 😁. My husband had a cleaning/exam today (22 Feb 2023). While we were there, I made an appt for a bothersome tooth. Not an emergency or anything just wanted to find out what was going on. The women at the front desk were able to get me seen the same time as my husband!!! The dental assistant was sooooo sweet and as usual, Doc A is AMAZING!! I always feel like he really cares and he gives me his undivided attention. I can't say enough good things about this place!!! Every visit my husband and I've had here has been awesome!! Best dental experiences of my life, no exaggeration!
