Always a great experience. I really enjoy my hygienist, Pauline. She is always so sweet and makes the cleaning aspect very pleasant. It amazes me that she remembers things about my life from the last time I was there, 6 months prior! Dr. Santiago is also great! Meeting with her during each visit always goes really well. She’s very attentive and isn’t pushy about anything! Overall, love coming here!

For my very first visit I had the pleasure of being seen, educated, and taken great care of by Lindsay, Devan, and Dr. Santiago. I opened the door to a very warm welcome at the front desk seeing smiles everywhere. Before my visit today, I haven’t been to a dentist in about a year, and I was worried about my teeth’s health. The outstanding crew here took great care of my teeth, I can tell they do not cut any corners and have great pride in their work.
I am super happy to have found such a great dentistry. I was also very curious about my X-rays and all the fancy terms they had used, so I probably bugged their ears with questions but they took the time to help me understand, and I appreciate that a lot. Thank you all for everything.

First and foremost I am completely terrified of the dentist, to a degree that most don't understand. I have to get a root canal and tried and failed at a place in Raleigh. I found Triad Dentistry online searching and saw they did sedation and root canals. I made an appointment for the consult and it went very smoothly. Since I have to use anesthesia it had to be planned a ways out, but I am very comfortable with how they do things and the Dentist is easy to talk to and the staff was very friendly. After this procedure I will more than likely be using them for the other things I need to get done. Definitely recommend!

My kids and I walk out always smiling! They love their hygienists because they are so easy to talk to, and it’s as if they form a connection, even though it’s in such short time. Their stories make me laugh when I hear what they talked about with them. My hygienist is always sweet and so attentive to my sensitive mouth! Thanks girls, we love ya! I had the best oral healthcare experience of my life. I mean it because I generally avoid the dentist until something is excruciating. These professionals made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly and upfront, involved me in the decision making progress, and were genuine in their interactions with me. My hygienist was the absolute best, Susie if you see this I’ve been flossing!

My dentist & doctor were so nice! I forgot her name & the doctors name but they were way more professional then my last dentist. They thoroughly cleaned my teeth and answered all my questions with no problem! 10/10 Would recommend coming here!

What an amazing first experience with Dr. Hatcher and his staff. I just moved to NC and had to seek out a new dentist after having my last dentist for 25 years. Dr. Hatcher and his staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and a big priority in their office. They did a terrific job explaining exactly what they were doing to my mouth and why - as well as showing me via the X-rays and photos. I left feeling great and excited to come back for another cleaning. HIGHLY recommended!!!
