Triad Dentistry is a great place to get your dental needs taken care of. The office is very warm and inviting. Starting with the receptionist who has a lovely personality. Then on to the dental assistant who makes sure you're comfortable before your treatment. In comes the doctor with his bright and cheery self. Everyone is caring and kind.

Missed my appointment in April due to lock down. Was nervous to go back especially since my latest dentist Dr Santiago moved to Charlotte. Felt Covid protocol was very good and put me at ease. Met my new hygienist, Pauline, whom I loved. Later met my new dentist, Dr Merrill, whom I likewise felt so comfortable with and look forward to a long relationship with them both. Still miss my dear friend, Dr Mark Hyman but am very happy with my dental care going forward!

Today's visit at the Triad Dentistry was great. Jordana and Dr. Hatcher were amazing and very friendly at the same time very professional. This location has been my preferred location for a couple of years now and I have not had any bad experiences at all. Love these guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have never been pushy about their services, when they have a recommendation for whatever a simple no thank you is all it takes.
