I had a very good experience with Pauline my dental hygenist and Dr. Santiago!

I love going to my dentist! All the hygienists are amazing and so is Dr. Hatcher. I’ve been going to see him for about 9 years. He’s performed several implant surgeries w/crowns and I was extremely pleased with the results. I love how his staff is extremely friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr.Steven L. Hatcher and Giemilyn were basically awesome in my care.
Their customer service was off the charts and I don’t just say that because for whatever reason a lot customer service in my opinion has gone to the birds. I have had follow-ups but to have the actual Dr follow up on his own time is just one of the many things that make Dr. Hatcher a classic.
I don’t mind having care and people being professionally nice but it’s even better when one is genuinely professionally nice and show concern. So I appreciate the service and felt absolutely no pain in my procedure and technically could not have asked for anything better. You are in excellent care if you’re trying to make a decision on their services.

Excellent experience, as is typical. Dr Coates is very knowledgeable, professional and practical in his care and recommendations. Hygienist Pamela provided a thorough cleaning with amazing attention to the patient’s comfort!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hatcher's since 2011. He has done tremendous work to improve both my dental and overall health. My teeth were in very bad shape and he was able to work what seem like miracles that have had very positive impact on my quality of life. Personally he's caring, extremely accessible and open to answering any and all of my questions. Technically and professionally he is far and away the best dentist I have ever had and I have had way more than my fair share of contact with dentists.

Their practice is technically excellent from the office management software systems to the technology used to deliver state of the art dental care. The staff he has assembled is welcoming, friendly, caring and extremely competent.

I can't recommend Dr. Hatcher and his staff highly enough. I don't see how anyone could go wrong entrusting the dental health of themselves and their loved ones to this practice.

My latest experience with Dr. Hatcher's office was for a teeth cleaning appointment just yesterday. My hygienist was Kelly and I have to say it was by far the most pleasant hour I have ever spent in a dentist's office, in fact it was fun. Kelly was all the the things I mentioned earlier about the staff in general, caring, personable, professional extremely competent and well trained plus she has a great sense of humor. Dr. Santiago did my exam after the cleaning and displayed exactly the same qualities I just listed for Kelly. As I said, in total, it was the most pleasant hour I had ever spent in a dentist's office and one of the very few times I could say I had fun.

So all I can say is this is an excellent place to have any dental needs you have handled in the best possible manner

Dr. Santiago is great. She's very thorough and I trust her implicitly. She has a great chairside manner.

Ever since I was a child, I had an overwhelming fear of dentists and the dental experience (I am currently 62). Several years ago, I came across Dr. Steven Hatcher's name and information about his practice. I was especially interested in "sedation therapy". I met with Dr. Hatcher and several members of the staff and set up my first appointment. Subsequently, I needed more extensive care than beyond a routine cleaning and we decided to try "sedation". Changed my world ! No pain, no blood, no swelling, no more fear !! The staff are like family and I trust everyone there. They genuinely care for their patients. I will never got to any dentist besides Dr Merrill again. He is so kind and accommodating, He’s extremely gentle and so intuitive with his patients, He was kind to me when I was scared, He made me feel safe and he was so patient and kind to me while I was anxious. He will be my forever dentist. If you go to him you will I understand what I mean. I FINALLY found my dentist!

Everyone here is very kind and will treat you like family. They always go out of their way to put the patients first and make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend choosing Triad Dentistry, I've been going here for over 10 years and, despite my many cavities in the past, my teeth look perfect.
