My cleanings, X-ray experience, and procedures have been thorough and beneficial to maintaining my health. Dr. Hatcher and his entire staff are wonderful to work with through dental anxiety.
My fiance has had a deep fear of dentistry for many years. Dr. Hatcher's staff was very understanding and accommodating to his needs. They worked with him through the X-Ray and exam process and ensured his comfort with what was happening. On the day of oral surgery, the staff was very helpful and ensured he was comfortable and properly sedated during the procedure. They kept me informed of what was happening. They were very helpful to ensure that his pain was managed, we were informed, and proper healing was occurring. He doesn't remember the procedure itself, which is good. This has alleviated his fears to the extent that he is ready for future procedures and the overall health that they bring. Thank you for all that you do to bring quality dental care to your patients with the needs a whole person approach.

Dr. Santiago and Jordana were great! They both made me feel very welcome, and the visit was comfortable. Additionally, Jordana went over specific payment plans if I so desired to choose one.
On a side note, I was dreading the anesthesia prior to my root canal. I will say Dr. Santiago has a very gentle touch! The whole process went quite swimmingly. I would highly recommend Dr. Santiago and Jordana to anyone who may have had past fears at the dentist. It is a very good medical practice!

I broke a tooth on the Friday before the Fourth of July. My dentist of 20 years had recently retired. I spent all day Tuesday trying to get someone to see me. I was finally referred to Dr. Hatcher and they were gracious enough to fit me in. I was absolutely blown away by both the office, the technology and the staff. I woke at 2am in terrible pain with no way of relieving the agonizing discomfort. After calling 7 different dentists, I did get thru to Dr. Hatcher's office and they were able to fit me in the same morning to diagnose and begin relieving me of the pain. Turned out many crowns needed replaced with implants ASAP and I had abscesses. Having fibromyalgia made dental work a bit tricky, as pain is felt at a higher level. However, his experience and education in sedation IV made a frightening experience easier to contend with. His friendly, caring and compassionate staff treat you like family. I recommend Triad Dentistry for their outstanding service!
