I am terrified of the dentist!!! I haven’t been to the dentist in over 5 years . I told my nurse and she made feel comfortable the entire visit and she told everyone that came into my room lol i needed everyone to know lol. Triad Dentistry was on point and very detailed from the doctors to the staff i mean on point !! I was bragging about them to my husband and he is jealous lol. Update: I still love this dentist! Visit before last a cavity in an extra wisdom tooth was found, and they stayed late to extract it for me right then. On the most recent visit, the hygienist came out to get me with a huge smile on her face and welcomed me right back with a big hug (with permission of course!)
I love this dentist! They are super at making and rebooking appointments when needed. I have never waited to go to the back for my appointments for more than 5 minutes. The dental hygienists are very nice and remember you. Top-notch service! I have been going to see Dr. Merrill for 5 years, and my first visit was for a crown, I have also had a root canal, and lots of cleanings. I recommend 10/10!

I needed an extraction of a wisdom tooth that was causing me quite a bit of pain. The staff scheduled me for the very next day which considering I was a new patient was unbelievable. I arrived for my appointment the next morning and checked in at the front desk. Within a few minutes was taken back by a wonderful dental assistant named Kim. She was very friendly and professional. She guided me through the process of X-rays and prepped me for the procedure. I was very nervous but she assured me that I was going to be treated by an outstanding dentist and she was right. Dr. Hatcher came in and reassured me this experience was nothing to worry about. Within minutes Dr. Hatcher had given me what can only be described as the most incredible experience one could have while getting a tooth pulled. Next thing I knew it was over. Dr. Hatcher, you are truly amazing! Kim, you are an incredibly wonderful person and I want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart.
