I really liked Dr Hatcher. Unfortunately, once his practice got so big, I was just another number and I saw only fill in dentists. The reasons for staying there were slim and the reasons for leaving were high.
Firstly, they always charge you for the service first and then send it into insurance, so they guarantee they get paid and you get the short end if it comes to that. I’ve not ever been someplace that does it this way. You are out $200 no matter what and then you hope your insurance comes through.
What really gives it a 2 or lower was the hygienist. Not only was she tough on my mouth, she spoke for an hour about inappropriate conversations. At one session, she spoke the entire time about how she lost 50 lbs for her wedding that got cancelled due to COVID and how upset she was. I understand that is very upsetting, but this was a first time meeting and an extremely long hour to listen to someone complain when you have your mouth open. Everyone had a tough time during COVID…
The next time, as she butchered my gums, I said something to her that it hurt, and asked me if I needed to leave and come back another day. I said no, I just need you to understand my gums are sensitive there.
My husband had a bad experience with Dr Santiago. She told him he needed reconstructive jaw surgery after meeting him for 5 minutes. We later found out his jaw was hurting for another reason that has relieved all his pain. Is she just out for the money? That’s a pretty big surgery to suggest for someone without learning anything about their medical history and the first time seeing them. What a terrible dentist.

Dr Hatcher was great this was my very first visit with Triad Dentistry and he takes his time to explain everything to me so that I could understand exactly what it is that I need to have done he is very caring and trustworthy I am glad that I have such a great dentist thank you very much Dr Hatcher

Definitely giving 5 stars. I had such a good experience at Triad Dentistry & I only waited a couple minutes to get called back. It was my first appointment with them and Alisia was amazing!! She was so nice & so kind & she did such a great job cleaning my teeth! I highly recommend them!

I want to start this review by saying I have a severe dental phobia from having so much dental work done as a child. I recently found out that I needed a root canal and after three long months of dental appointments at other practices that didn’t work out, I found Triad Dentistry. As soon as I walked in for my first appointment, I felt immediately welcomed and relaxed! They did a full X-ray of my teeth and saw that I needed six extractions and two fillings besides the root canal I already needed. I had my procedure yesterday and want to thank Dr. Hatcher and the whole Triad Dentistry team for making my experience perfect. I couldn’t be more happy with my pain free and relaxing procedure. Thank you so much, Triad Dentistry, for taking away my fear of the dentist and making it a pleasant experience I will never forget. I cannot recommend them enough.

Best experience of my life!! Had to have 3 teeth pulled due to extensive infection and of course I was scared to death as we all are. Dr. Hatcher and his beautiful assistant were so compassionate and reassuring that the process was a piece of cake. At home now healing with all supplies necessary including chicken noodle soup and pudding. They seem very passionate about their mission and it shows. I will never be scared again and look forward to the implant to replace my teeth. Another adventure!!

I have been a patient with Dr. Merrell for many many years and I have to say every visit surpasses the previous. Everything from office personnel to his personal team, everyone is always so upbeat and the dental visit is always a pleasurable experience.
