She has been absolutely great every time I’ve seen her. She is patient and listens without rushing. All dental assistants have been wonderful with explaining what they are doing and making you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Santiago-Coiro has made all my procedures practically pain free. She works hard to keep my "not so great teeth" as healthy as possible. The front office workers are great! So helpful in squeezing in the dental emergencies.

Dr. Sona Isharani was amazing when we had an emergency dental procedure for my daughter. She was calm, collected and professional. She and her team were so helpful and kind, working with us to get the treatment needed as soon as possible. Everyone is friendly and the office is so colorful and inviting for children! My daughter’s dentist happened to be out of town and reluctantly I called Triad Dentistry. I did not expect anything more than an answering service and a tentative appointment much later than needed. To my surprise, I was kindly greeted and promptly reassured the appointment would be same day. I cannot say enough amazing things about the visit, treatment, the entire atmosphere was a calming experience. Dr. Hatcher, Lisa, and Patti were the individuals that I interacted with but even other wonderful staff members just stood out by their kind actions: one complimented my daughter’s shoes (which made her feel less anxious).

Pauline is great!! She has been my hygienist for about a year now and she is absolutely wonderful! She does a great job on my cleanings and she is very gentle. She makes me feel so comfortable. She is also very helpful with any issues I have and offering suggestions to help me. And of course, she is super friendly!!
