Hands down, the BEST dental office I have EVER been to! All of the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. The office is very homey so I felt very comfortable and relaxed right away. My hygienist was so kind and compassionate and made me feel more like a friend than a patient. She was very thorough with my cleaning and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why, which helped me feel like I was a part of my treatment. Dr. Rowland is AMAZING! She didn’t just sit down and start poking and prodding in my mouth like most dentists I’ve seen have done. She wore a smile, had a conversation with me, and came up with a plan with me and my hygienist to help make sure all my needs were met and everyone was on the same page moving forward. Everyone I spoke with seemed to be very knowledgeable and I walked out of there feeling like I had made the BEST decision for my dental care by choosing 4 Seasons Dental. I will recommend this place to everyone I know from now on.

I highly recommend Four Seasons Dental. I had an excellent experience during a comprehensive dental exam. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was professional and highly informative. I felt that the staff truly had my best interest in mind. Lauren my dental hygienist was amazing. I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise. What an absolutely magical dental experience! Shout out to Shawna for the most thorough and informative dental cleaning I’ve ever had, not to mention all the laughs and proper good conversation! Dr. Rowland was impeccable in her assessment and really took the time to establish a connection with me. Just truly stellar service- everyone is so kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and easygoing that I legitimately had FUN at the dentist. Who even knew that was possible? The environment is also super chic, clean and welcoming, and you can tell that they all really enjoy what they do. I actually look forward to going back… TO THE DENTIST! Mind blown. Everyone in this office is exceptional—the office staff who help with the insurance, the dental hygienist, and the dentist herself. My hygienist, Lauren, helps me understand how to institute my home-care in such a way that I’ll have a chance to keep my teeth. (Yes—I’m a senior citizen, but young people could benefit from a more healthy way of taking care of their teeth!) She was so patient to listen to my current regimen and help me adjust it to accommodate an additional brushing in a way that I’ll be likely to acquire the habit. I love this office and feel so fortunate to have them available to help maintain my dental health.

That has been my experience at Four Seasons Dental (Hendersonville). The staff is exceptionally courteous and, in my experience, exceptionally capable. During a recent, routine dental prophylaxis, Shauna (hygienist) discovered, and resolved, a lingering dental PAIN issue that had developed following a root canal performed by an endodontist 1 year previously. Even the endodontist had missed the problem.

I was a new patient and dont like going to the dentist. The Dr and staff put me very much at ease and did a great assessment and offered a treatment plan that was very complete, easy to understand and offered options. Great Experience and highly recommend this group
