Viewmont Family Dentistry

I cannot say enough excellent things about this dentist office. The staff are all wonderful, from the front desk to the staff that are working on your teeth. The dentists and assistants are so knowledgeable and educated. Everyone here is very professional but also friendly. They talked to me about each step before proceeding, as it had been quite a long time since I had been to any dentist and I was nervous about the dental work. Of course pain tolerance is different for everyone but I feel they did everything they could to ensure I had no pain, which I didn’t. They did explain there could be some pain/sensitivity afterwards or swelling of the gums after a cleaning especially since it had been so long. The dentist as well as the dental hygienist took their time to ensure everything was done properly & correctly. Everyone is human and can make mistakes but fortunately there were none during any of my visits. These are all highly educated professionals and you have nothing to worry about when putting your smile in the hands of the Viewmont Family Dentistry staff.
The work here is so great I actually travel an hour-hour and a half one way to get to the location. I would recommend Viewmont Family Dentistry to any of my friends, family or even strangers looking for a good dentist office.
Check in is quick as the receptionists are very efficient and do their job well. The entire office is very clean, rooms & restroom included. The chairs in the lobby and in the rooms are comfortable. Again, all of the staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The phones are always answered in a timely manner. I have never had to wait long at all to be seen after check in at my appointment time. Every staff member is more than willing to answer any question I have and if they are unsure of the answer they find the answer. I felt my time was respected. I also felt like a valued & appreciated patient!

- I wanted to also include in my review that I am a Medicaid patient which they currently accept as of December 2022, and I felt zero discrimination or any sort of ugliness towards me because of that whatsoever. I was treated fairly by every person I came into contact with at this office.
And understandably, they have a lot of patients. The staff always did the best they could to get me seen as soon as possible in the next appointment slot, even if it was a few weeks out.

The dental hygienist is patient and thoughtful in the way that she explains and answers my questions. Her work is excellent and thorough. The dentist is very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend this dental office.

My experience was great! I've been to a few dentists after my dentist retired and I have never been treated as well as I was treated there! Dr. Aiezza and her assistants Zua & Kayla were so attentive and actually cared about my issue, and went over & above to help. Dr. Aiezza was the most gentle and caring dentist I have ever had. I don't understand some of the not so nice reviews - I can only think it was the patient's attitude towards the staff would be why they felt that way. I would recommend Viewmont Family Dentistry very highly!

If you are looking for a new dentist, try Dr. Aiezza! I am always nervous at the dentist but Dr. Aiezza made me feel relaxed by taking her time answering all my questions. She is very professional, knowledgeable and her staff were great too. I am happy to finally find a really good dentist!

My whole family went here for over a year. We finally had enough of the rude office staff, exorbitant charges and overall unsatisfactory service. Truly, the front office/reception staff appear like they despise their job and the clients they serve. Luckily, we found another local dentistry practice that is absolutely amazing.

This dental office has the absolute worst customer service at the front desk. After moving here three years ago and finding them as my sole provider for my family, I’m disappointed that I now have to search for a new dentist. They’ve cancelled on me multiple times after months of advance planning for me to take pto, they’ve made me wait to be seen because they were behind, but the one time I call and ask for a 10 min accommodation because I’m driving almost 60 miles home to get there for a middle of the day appointment they told me don’t come without an offer to even reschedule. I refuse to give this office any additional business. For them to have the word “family” in their name there sure isn’t much accommodation for families.

Viewmont family dentistry is one of the most friendly and kind environments to be in. They are always so nice and understanding at the front desk and the best dentist office around. Great job to all the staff for being so professional.

My entire family has been coming to Viewmont Family Dentristy for years now. Dr Hamren and his assistant Kayla are amazing. They both are so kind, reassuring and very knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend!!!

Called around 8:30 this morning, in severe pain. They had me in for an appointment at 10:30. They went straight to work on my tooth once I arrived. I honestly don’t ever write reviews, but this office is freaking amazing.
